Nice panoramic view, bad road until you arrive the hotel. Reception until 22:00. The guests not so friendly, no elevator, clean rooms. Huge free parking and free WI-FI. Also if you're staying at other hotels you can come and eat at the panoramic restaurant. Acces inside the room by card. After 22:00 the front door will be closed and you can open it with the room card. Would recomend this hotel only for the view.

The view is amazing, the terrace has shade and cute lights, and the jacuzzi has the best view as well and a gaming led. The rooms are clean amd the bed is so soft and amazing. The staff and the owner were very friendly and fun. The owner even drove us to the city for free when our taxi said he'd take 30 minutes to come.
Overall the best experience I've had on a trip so far.

A restaurant is available with a small menu with "quick" meals like Grilled pork / chicken and multiple types of side dishes like fresh / pickled salads and potatoes (fried, mashed, wedges). The portions are big. More than enough for the usual dinner. There is also a great selection of breakfasts all of which also have generous servings and a variety of ingredients.
The terrace view is gorgeous, looking over the entire city. Beautiful during day and magical at night.
Inner terrace/garden is also beautiful and cozy.
Other things to mention: - Free parking - Taxi available - Rooms are updated/modernized.

The road to the accommodation deserves renovation, but it's worth it for the view at the end of the road. The host and the staff are present and willing to make the experience at Bella Vista very pleasant. Clean room, restaurant with good food, hot tub with excellent view at a good price and very quiet area.

Nice , cozy , beautifully , clean and very friendly staff. Nice panorama view and very nice rooms. All what you need for a stay and for a leisure time walking around the old city. The staff is very friendly and all speak English. Pet friendly . Parking is good. Don’t trust the navigation. As it stops in the middle of the road up the hill to the hotel.

Came here for a family get-away. Reserved 2 rooms, one for me, wife and kid, another room for in laws.
View is phenomenal, rooms are clean, but boy... The service surpasses them all. When the owner gets involved, everything changes.
We got a bonus, and the kid received a cake from the owner.
There's a "ciubar" - Romanian jacuzzi and it's an experience.
Came for the view, will return for the service!!!

· Beautiful location overlooking Sighişoara - spacious room with fantastic view allocated by request. Free onsite parking. Good WiFi. Nice breakfast at reasonable cost served on terrace. Pleasant staff.

Amazing view.food not great but affordable.service was fine,friendly staff.the road is bumpy.should be promoted and upgraded.a cook should be hired.the menu is not offering a great variety of dishes.but if you want to be away from the croud and noise of the city you should give it a chance

Pro's: - Very nice view - Large, comfortable and clean room and bathroom - nice terace, good cofee
Con's: - unpleasant situation when checking in, the reservation was already paid online via booking.com but they insisted to pay again - quite far away from the city center but there are taxi available during both day and night

We were recommended this hotel by some friends and we made a fast booking since we didn't plan to visit Sighisoara and everyhting else was full. We saw the pictures beforehand and we didn't have great expectations but we liked the terrace and the view. The hotel is located at the outskirts of the city, on a hill, close to a forest. The road there is very steep but, unfortunately the pin on the map is marked on a parallel street so we had quite some trouble getting there. We arrived in the night, at 9 or 10 pm, and after we checked in we would have wanted to eat something at the restaurant. We asked the woman at the counter if they still serve food and we were told bluntly that we arrived to late and their kitchen is closed. This is understandable but she could have helped us find a restaurant with delivery or something similar. We ended up ordering a pizza. The next morning we drank a very abd coffee on the terrace. The lady with which we interracted had the same bad attitude and bad handling of the romanian language. Too bad that a hotel with such a nice view and location is disadvantaged by the people working there.

"Rooms with balcony (not all rooms have one) are more spacious, but in the summer is very hot in them.
Rooms without a balcony are more cool as the sun is not heating these rooms."
