I guess it’s only 3* but the kindness of the staff and the quality of the food make up for the missing star. The hotel is nice to spend a quick weekend with a little wellness and spa, fitness room is well-equipped.

Peace, birds... I like this hotel very much. Delicious foods, nice people. The waiter is very attentive and kind. The best is the breakfast. Coffee, cakes, toast and sausages. I'm coming back later. Thank you so much!

We spent two nights here with my husband for out wedding anniversary. The stuff was kindly the food for breakfast and dinner were delicious and were in the price. We will come back with out kids next time.

My parents stayed in this hotel for a weekend. They enjoyed it very much. The staff was really friendly, their room was totally cleaned. The amount and the variety of the food for breakfast and for dinner was more than enough. The wellness was also cleaned. They want to go back again!!! 😊😊

The hotel was clean. We occupied 2 rooms. The location of the hotel was nice. The food was fine they supply their food materials from a nearby farm. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 because the beds were not so much comfortable. The garage was also fine. The staff was helpful.

We were very satisfied. Nothing was missing. Excellent food. Nice staff. We were very comfortable that the hotel has indoor swimming pools and an outdoor pool, sun loungers and parasols. In-room air conditioning. Spacious room and bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

We only stopped for a single night in this place during our Europe tour, we wanted to check the place for future plans.. Arrived late (after 8pm) the reception was totally unattended, tried the call-bell few times, no one came so we had to go look for someone to notice we are here.. Noises from the kitchen area and after a few yelling we got to the kitchen porter who found the receptionist after a good while.. She was surprised that we came (although I booked good few days ago and paid it full online) it took her almost half hour to check us in... I booked the “president suit” we got an average family room, but I was too tired to complain, we asked what time is the spa opens (she said 7 am) and we been told breakfast is available from 7 also, I was pleased that we didn’t get the superior room, we got breakfast to compare... The room was tiny for 3 of us, smelling like old suitcase, the shower was blocked didn’t drain, had to do it quick not to get flooded.. The remote control for the tv wasn’t working, the towels and bedsheets were old and marked... The table on the terrace was limping couldn’t use, it was dangerous to do..... In the morning we went for a coffee and a spa around 7 am. Different receptionist (not better at all) rudely told us we not paid for breakfast first of all, and secondly the spa will not open till 8 am... We asked for a coffee to pay, but the only lovely person there (the girl at breakfast) didn’t let us pay -thank god- as it was awful taste, far-far away from real coffee.. The spa looked clean and nice, the thermal water is fabulous but sadly another mistake: both sauna was off....... (in the spa like!!!!!) By the time of the check out (around half 10) we already know that we won’t return because of the quality of service, but as we gave the key back and wanted to say good bye, another “receptionist” jumped front of us and said very rudely: “wait wait wait! Do u think u can leave without paying?” I never felt same embarrassed like there, she asked for my bank details and account number (!!!) also rude and I had to prove with my online banking on my phone that I paid in full ages ago... they never apologized.... Surly never back to them.... who wants to give money to ppl who humiliate the hotel guests?!?!…

+The room was fine +The breakfast, the dinner was great +The fresh made donuts are really outstanding o The wellness was all right -The elevator is fully utilized by the staff, you have to wait a lot and every time there was the maintenance stuff in the elevator with full of ladders and toolboxes -The baby room is very-very dirty, and there is no working toy there just litter and crap -The baby seat was not cleared in the dining room ever, we found our rest of the day after as well

Maybe 3 stars In summer close air conditioning in the room. Clear room and bathroom good. Out side swimming pool...very dirty zona and not organised...not 2 or 3 stars hotel.
