We stayed here as it was included with our tour company. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but it's just mediocre. The food was bland. The rooms were actually pretty spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains but the interior is very outdated (which really doesn't matter if you're just there to sleep) the beds are VERY hard...

I must have lucked out...Got a room on level 5 (level 4 is entrance floor). It had a balcony overlooking the mountain behind us. Same view as from the dining hall where they serve free continental (traditional Viet) breakfast. Very gorgeous and picturesque! The hotel had plenty of Holiday (Christmas Decorations) still out a month after the holiday, but it...

The room is big. The view is great. I stayed on 7th floor. What a fresh air up there. It is an old hotel but I love it. Mattress is soft and cozy to sleep. However, shower area doesn't has a curtain or door. So, showering water 💦 are splash all over the floor and everything on the basin table....

I stay one night in this small hotel overlooking the hill but could not see anything dueto fog that covered all days in Sapa during winter time. the hotel facilities are OK for staying without difficulty, hot water need to warmup the machine 5_10 minutes. breakfast is OK, not too delicious but average on its quality .

Stayed at the Holiday Sapa for one night and loved this accommodation. If it hadn't been so misty and wet there would have been a beautiful view. Very welcoming foyer and restaurant area. Lovely shower and bathroom.

Nice Hotel in Sapa. Excellent service, beautiful hotel, Room is tasteful, bathroom is large, all marble. clean clean clean. The staff goes out of their way to welcome. One of the friendliest and beautiful hotels I have ever been in. There is a exercise area but no pool.

Our room has a balcony facing the mountains. The staff were very friendly and speak decent english. They also gave us honest opinions on which local attraction spots we should spend more time on and told us that we didn't need to hire a guide to visit these places (eg cat cat village). Breakfast was fine; simple buffet. Location was...

Nice food quality meat and reasonably priced drinks. All in all a nice meal with nice staff- service was bit slow but amazing view through large windows made up for that- we weren't in a rush. Organised as part of our group but would recommend coming here anyway even not on a group tour.

HAd no choice but to book this hotel as all better ones were booked for the VMM 2016. Booked it as it was near the amazing hotel drop off point. Breakfast were crap. Everything was cold except hot water. Bed was squeaky, you can hear the springs squeeking when you toss and turn at night. No amenities in the room...
