The Sapa summit hotel is ok, but be warned, it is up a very steep hill and not easily walked from town. Beds are as hard as rocks (Asian style) which is ok if you like hard beds as I do. Good views and staff mostly nice. Breakfast is ordinary, dining even less ordinary. Tariff around us$35 a night. You... More

My agency (Paragon Travel - Ha Long) gave me a privilege to have an early check in while other guest have to use public bathroom that turns out the public bathroom was also good. Specious and very clean room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed. The balcony's view was fantastic! Hot shower and water cattle works well. They... More

We had bought a tour package from an operator (Queen) in Hanoi, who put us up with this hotel. Despite arriving at 8 am, we were told we'll get a room at 1 pm - but were allotted a room only upon insistence. Otherwise experience good, their 14 set menus are tasty, breakfast is even better. Their team of 5-6... More

What's good: The room is great - Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and TV with great entertainment channels. Toilet is also modern, spacious and well ventilated. Their breakfast buffet spread while isn't much but all dishes are quite well made. What could be better: Their lunch and dinner menu are exactly the same and needs a little improvement.

This truly is the worse hotel!!! It's so cold of a night, smells like damp, dingy dark dungan rooms!! The breakfast is the same thing every day that you know has just been kept from the day before.. And if you ask for any fresh bread etc the staff are just room and told me to just put the rolls... More

Only thing that made me feel good was staff. They were very nice and helpful. Otherwise was ok. We booked a tour from hanoi to Sapa and this hotel was on the trip schedule. Food was ok. Hotel maid was very loud. They cursed all the time. Do not book the massage at the hotel. It was terrible and expensive.

Stayed here one night as part of a trekking tour. When my overnight bus from Hanoi arrived early in the morning, I expected someone to come pick me up. No one else who had come on the same bus seemed to be headed to Sapa Summit. After waiting quite a bit, I ended up taking a taxi, as the hotel... More

The staff in this hotel were very unfriendly and not helpful at all!! Almost no English spoke by anyone here. My room was old and smelled musty. My bed was like sleeping on boards. WIFI was a hit and miss throughout the hotel. They won't see me here again!!

The hotel itself was fine. My room was big, clean and comfortable. Noise from dogs barking at night but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was too stodgy but lunch/dinner set menus were very good particularly the spring rolls and curry. Dining room was good for meeting people. Showers available if rooms aren't ready and there is luggage storage though... More
