Room is nice and clean. Receptionist can communicate in English fluently and they can arrange taxi service with reasonable price for our group. There is no air condition or heater in the room but Sapa always cold.
Tip: should request room facing to mountain, so you can enjoy …

Nice accompanying staff, willing to help with whatever you need. Unfortunately they don't have much to offer. The hotel was part of a tour so we didn't specifically choose this place. No AC, so the fan was on all day and night. TV in room was old tube type with no channels th…
The hotel itself is very basic and a bit rundown. The staff very helpful and friendly, can't fault them there.
Location is a short walk from the centre of Sapa.
Dinner was very good, breakfast was ok.
If you are looking to save some money the hotel is fine.

"best view, good service"
"Get a room with balcony facing east"
"Deluxe Room with balcony facing the valley"
"I doubt there are good rooms in this hotel however I'm told that some rooms are supplied with a heater for free while in our room we froze. Rooms at the rear on the valley side have spectacular views (the hotel's only good point)."
"Must choose rooms with a balcony. My other friend did not have a balcony though his room was bigger."
