Very nice hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are a bit outdated and have no airco which makes them moist due to the climate. The hotel is however nicely positioned in the centre which brings everything within walking distance. New hotels are under construction in the immediate surrounding.

The views were amazing. Mrs. Moon who owns the place, was incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. All the advice she gave us was great. We rented mopeds from the hostel which were cheap and easy, however they did have a little trouble starting several times through out our drives. The laundry service was very nice but lost quite a bit... More

I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Before we went trekking through Sapa, the owner, Mrs Moon is incredible in her job. She went out of her way to give us tips on hiking and was very friendly and I recommend her services, she is amazing!!! The hostel is located in... More

Firstly like to state that location is great, price is ok and the owner Mrs. Moon is a lovely helpful lady. Unfortunately so much lets this place down which largely comes from the American western manager BB. Because he is a westerner you are lured into this false sense of trust and believe his sales pitches. On our first day... More

Let me start by saying that the staff at the hostel are friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy my stay here for a few reasons. Firstly and least importantly, the wifi barely extends beyond the lobby. Secondly, our 6 bed dorm room was very dingy and the ensuite was quite unclean. The shower... More

I felt it in my fingers, I felt it in my toes. Damp was all around me, it was everywhere and it showed. But seriously, the bedding was damp and there were damp marks on the wall by my bed. Dry clothes that were in my bag became damp overnight. My micro-towel didn't dry overnight, which has never happened before.... More

Beauty views of the mountains, friendly staff, great location! Only stayed here for a couple of nights, but wouldn't mind staying longer. The rooms were very clean, and the free wifi was great, as I could comfortably skype with my family at home!

The service was amazing the rooms great and clean. The food was lovely traditional Vietnamese food but they can do western. The guide that they organized to take us on a trek was brilliant. Highly recommend this place. It's in the heart of Sapa with a great view and everything you want on your doorstep.

Location is nice, at the heart of Sapa. Friendly staff. Rooms are not big, too sunny and noisy for the rooms with big windows especially early mornings. Price is cheap and so the breakfast is not to expect much.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is great, right near all the main streets. The room was very nice and clean, wonderful shower. The bed was not very comfortable, we could feel the bed springs, but that's what it's like in most of the accommodations. Beautiful view from the lobby. Great breakfast. Prices are good.
