We came in March during the pandemic. Soo when you get off the early train they don’t let you check in. Which is fine. Except they magically can let you check in early at 10 if you give a 5 star review ?! And they were very pushy. Even took my Phone to make it happen. Definitely not worthy of 5 stars. So don’t believe any of the 5 star reviews probably all forced. We arrived tired and hungry but they wouldn’t let us go eat at their disgusting breakfast. Cold coffee. Cold tea. Slow confusing service for pho and eggs. Everything just cold and gross. Nothing prepared one day when we went 30 min after opening. There is nowhere comfortable to sit on at the pool. No cushions. So we desperately used an inflatable pool cushion and got in trouble. Most of the staff speak little English which is fine, but just so you’re informed it’s easy to try to use google translator. Our room was good. We got the balcony with a mountain view and in the ad there is seating outside on it however there isn’t. We also got charged for water we didn’t drink. We simply put our free water in the fridge but they didn’t believe us. Beautiful rooms. But not very good service and I really didn’t like the fraudulent 5 star review requirement just to get an early check in. Why should I have to give something to get an early check in...I’m paying good money to stay here they should just have good customer service. Also I wanted to pay to have a late check out but they said they were fully booked?! This was a very very quiet time in Sapa I saw an entire dark empty floor how wasn’t there even one room we couldn’t paid to use for a Half day? Just unimpressed I wish I stayed somewhere else! …
Lovely hotel in the heart of the north. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, this was one of the highlights of my trip. See the ethnic minorities, buy some handy crafts, then hit the pool for a relaxing soak. The facilities were well taken care of and the workers were overly friendly. Me and my wife were only planning on staying for a night or two but ended up staying a week. One worker in particular, Susan Ho, was really chatty and able to answer all our questions with minimal use of google translate. Her cheery attitude and upbeat personality made us feel right at home!
The staff here were very accommodating of our needs after our long trip. The location was central to the town but was in a quieter part which was nice. Lovely, clean rooms and view of the mountains, would highly reccomend
view of the mountain and coziness of the room. Besides, the rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and advice us on places we should go. Sapa weather is pretty nice during our stay and recomended to come Feb and March. Cat Cat Village and Mount Fansipan are a must place to go.
The hotel is amazing with a beautiful view. All the staffs are friendly and lovely. My room has a mountain view and it is so beautiful. All the services are good. Highly recommended for the foreigners should come here.
