We had a comfortable room here. Some rooms have a view of the valley, but the rooms in front overlook the street and a large construction project going on so it's a bit noisy. The service was great and there was an adequate breakfast spread. Our rooms was very clean and a good size.

Really wish I would have stayed somewhere else and listened to the other reviews. The pictures are not at all what they show you. First thing that was really dissapointing was the staff giving us an "upgrade", never thought i'd say that. After one very unsatisfactory cold night in the first floor room, which is actually two stories down in...

Stayed here for 1 night, which was probably enough. Not really the hotels fault that there are 3 construction sights nearby that finished at around 10:30PM and started at 6AM. However in saying that the walls are extremely thin and noise could be heard from the lobby and rooms next door as well. Ended up sleeping with the air conditioner...

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with great mountain view. The food is also good too. It's close to restaurants, spa and massage shops, making the location perfect for travelers. The price is affordable too with very good service.

This is not a high-end hotel but rather the 'best' that one can expect given the country and location. The room was clean and warm. Food while repetitious was always warm and given the variety one could eat a different collection of food every day. Staff outstanding, good English, polite, can do attitude and caring. I'd come back!

It is good for what is worth, nothing special or luxurious, we thought breakfast could be better, rooms are spacious and clean, but with lack of personal touch or feeling, it made our stay in Sapa convenient for it has a great location, I just disagree when hotels become more a frantic business rather than a welcoming space for visitors...

While the staff were excellent and the room was in tiptop shape, there is zero noise prevention. We were woken up in the middle of the night, in the early morning and struggled to fall asleep because of the crashing, thumping and yelling that reverberated through the hotel and into our room. However they did provide us with extra blankets...

We arrived at around 8 am and the ground floor area was chaotic. Our rooms were not ready as you would expect given our time of arrival. The check in desk suggested we have breakfast at USD 4.50. There was not much available and what was there was cold. As we sat there we noted tables were not cleared or...

Bad luck. I got rains, street puddles, and building construction when I was here. The town is overgrowing to accommodate tourismomegaly. The hotel was OK. I got a room with balcony with great views. But that was pointless. It was raining the whole day, literally, from 6 am to 7 am the next day. After that, we got sunshine. The...

This hotel met our needs. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Our room facing the mountain was also quite nice for a low range hotel. Our only problem was the restaurant. It has to be the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had. Even worse than I can cook. Would still recommend for the rooms but eat elsewhere.
