I have so much to say I don't even know where to begin. This hotel is a mess. It doesn't match the pictures. It is old, not clean, there are bugs in the room (everywhere), they can't even speak english (just one member of the staff could understand something), they don't understand almost anything and the breakfast is crazy. I... More

The Hotel is located near the Village of Cat Cat. It have nice restaurant around the hotel as well. However, the rooms in the hotel are just average. It does not have any air-con as well as the heater in the room require a 20 minutes interval after one is done with the shower.

Normally im always able to write a nuanced review. But this time, I just have to let everybody know. I don't understand how they are allowed to still use this as a hotel. I only had breakfast here and you sould see the restaurant. Mold, stains and holes in and on the walls and ceiling. I can only imagine what... More

Arrived here two days ago for our trip that we booked for our Sapa trekking tour. First thing you notice about the place is the cleanliness, it is absolutely horrendous I wouldn't have a dog living here - dusty, old and damp. We checked into our room, and the room was half decent until we opened the bathroom door which... More

The worst hotel ever. No words to describe how bad it was. The reception was filty. The baggage drop of area was a dive. The restaurant was like a canteen and it smelled. The Toilets was filty. The room was omg bad. The bed were uncomfortable. There was mould and fungi everywhere you turn. The towel was paper thin. The... More

The place is utterly disgusting! Do not book a tour which involves stepping foot in this place. Never seen anything like it. Stay away. Horrible hotel in such a beautiful part of the country. It's very badly ran and there was a stream of people complaining. We had to eat here as part of a tour, very worrying about the... More

We stayed here for one night included in our tour package. Would not have stayed here if we had a choice. The hotel looks like it has been an upscale place in the 1960s but no paint or new furniture has ever entered the building ever since. The entrance in the lobby is not very welcoming with old and damaged... More

Not that you can expect much from a 2 star but that it definitely is, actually my mother says its a 1/2 star. No lifts in hotel however the staff were very helpful and will help carry your luggage if needed. We had a package deal but the food included is average not very tasty. Rooms although clean are old... More

You may Google this hotel and see photos of a finely appointed hotel. My guess is that these were taken upon its grand opening many moons ago. Nowadays it is fairly run down with a persistent damp smell through out. Having said this our room although out of date and a bit dilapidated was clean and spacious. It had a... More
