Hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Rooms are large. View would be ok if it weren't for the construction site (new hotel being built) right opposite, which is also noisy. Breakfast area small and not not clean. Breakfast itself not good (quality and quantity, e.g. Only coffee from sachets). Our room was not cleaned during 3 day stay. I's sure... More

We (a retired couple in our mid 60's) spent 1 night at the Sapa Elegance hotel in between 2 one day treks in the area. It is true that the hotel is up a slight hill but it is still very close to the centre and we didn't find the location to be a problem. We booked a room with a... More

We stayed in the rooms outside the main hotel. It was clean and well maintained but the heater for the room could have been more powerful. It was cold and damp in Sapa during my stay so the feel of the room was damp but it didn't spoil the stay. The breakfast was good. The receptionist at the hotel was... More

Looking for a hotel close to the action but away from all the noisy traffic (1 block from cathedral) with friendly, attentive, curtious and professional staff. Book this place. Ms Phuong is the super star at this place. Having someone with incredible local knowledge with the highest standards in hotel professionalism saved me time and made Sapa such a heart... More

This hotel is in a great location and the room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff are lovely- very courteous and helpful. They have a spa attached which is lovely for a foot massage after trekking - I'd stay here again.

We stayed on the 5th floor with a balcony. There is not much view left as a building across the road is getting higher each day. The room was clean but smelt musty, the safe didn't work, the hot water was average. Breakfast was fairly ordinary. The hotel is situated in a good area close to restaurants and shopping but... Courteus, comfortable, and convenient: My rating system for hotels. I start with convenient. Does it fit my budget? Being retired my travels are limited to hotels that don't break my bank. Small owner-operated hotels often beat the big chains with their amenities, but they can't match the way the owners of Elegance have kept their six year old hotel affordable.... More

We stayed in 5th floor room with a balcony. The room had a great view and was really spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly. Great location, quiet and it takes no more than 3 minutes to get to the main square of Sapa village. Breakfast were fine (freshly prepared meals, coffee, tea, fresh juice and fruits). It was... Price was a bargain for the service that you get. Location is close to the Centre of town but around 20mins walk from the bus stop. This accommodation is owned by Sapa Elegance Hotel and is located right next to Sapa Elegance Hotel. Clean and Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom can do with an upgrade but great showers and just... More

Really enjoyed my stay at the Sapa Elegance Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite nice, and the location is close enough to everything nearby, yet feels a bit removed from all the noise and hubbub. Great value for the price. My room was on the fourth floor and there's no elevator -- which was... More
