We recently pre booked this hotel after reading so many good reviews- arrange it when you arrive! We ended up paying double walk in price. Rooms are a good size and clean with hot water showers. The view from the top floors are beautiful. It is possible to use showers etc when you return from treks. It was very foggy...

When I checked into the hotel on March 12th 2017, I found my "Deluxe room with mountain view" was directly opposite a noisy and unsightly building site. Work on the site was incredibly disturbing, and went on past 10:30PM. This is not the hotel owners fault, but they should be more upfront about the issue when accepting room reservations. The...

My husband and I stayed in Sapa for just one night about a week ago. It was a great hotel choice! The owner is extremely friendly and so helpful; we felt very well taken care of. We got a free upgrade on arrival and arranged many local activities through the hotel. The rooms are basic, clean, large and comfortable. The...

We stayed at the Sapa luxury a few days ago after arriving in Sapa with no hotel room booked. My wife wandered into a few lobbies of hotels listed in a popular guide-book. The other operators seemed to have little interest in supplying us with a room. Then she walked into the Sapa Luxury. What a great find! We got a...

We stayed here one night, then took an overnight trip to Bac Ha market then back for 2 more nights. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Balcony has good view of the surrounding mountains. Easy walking distance to the main square. The host helped us taking local buses to Lao Cai then to Bac Ha. Breakfasts were served quickly...

We stayed already twice at this very friendly place. First time in February 2016, during the Tet-Festival, 2nd time in February 2017. The first time in 2016, when we saw the relatively old hotel from the outside, we did not expect very much. The more surprised we were, having a first look in the rooms and, of course, to the...

Short stay on a cold cloudy night so we were grateful for ample hot water, good comforters and heating pads in the beds. Breakfast was also warm as were the staff. High floors have a likely better view but you'll have to climb stairs. Lots of construction in the neighborhood which may disrupt your sleep as well. Beds are firm...

We stayed four days in the hotel. Luckily we had very nice weather and could enjoy the spectacular mountains just in front of us. Only delux and vip rooms have windows facing the mountains, so be sure to chose one of those. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The staff was very friendly and would go out of their way...

Despite travelling for 3 months, this is only the 2nd place I felt passionate about to write a review on. The family that run this place couldn't be more friendly. The main couple that run it speak very good English, but even the rest of the family who don't, still are so lovely you don't need language to show kindness....
