I booking Sapa Eden hotel via Mrs.Nga at Hanoi. Staff helpful for information. Breakfast was good. Room are clean. Good to be here :) เราจองผ่าน Mrs.Nga จากฮานอย มาถึงที่โรงแรมตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า บรรยากาศดี พนักงานให้คำแนะนำเรื่องสถานที่เที่ยว และร้านอาหาร ที่แลกเงินได้ดี อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมโอเค เฟรนโทสอร่อย ไม่หวานไป ออมเล็ตอร่อย วิวจากห้องอาหารตอนเช้า 10/10 ไปเลย โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์นะคะ กระเป๋าหนักจะลำบากหน่อย เราอยู่ห้อง 303 มองไม่เห็นวิวจากห้องสักเท่าไหร่ แต่ในบริเวณโรงแรมร้านอาหารข้างหน้า cafe in cloud บรรยากาศดีมากเป็น rooftop ราคาปกติ เลยไปหน่อยมีคาเฟ่ พนักงานน่ารักเช่นกัน จากตรงนี้ไปหมู่บ้าน Cat Cat ได้เลย

The staff are really friendly and the food in the restaurant is great (shoutout to the omelettes!) We docked marks here because the hotel is in dire need of a spring clean. We had two different rooms and they varied greatly in decor and cleanliness. There was a definite DIY touch going on. That being said, it's so cheap to... More

1/ Hotel staffs are very unprofessional and lack hospitality training. They sat in a comfortable manner, ignoring that we had heavy luggage. The receptionist questioned us our choice of room "Why don't you choose that room? Why double room, not twin room?..." Then, she said to us "Time for check-out is 10am", which is different from what Agoda says. When... More

Hotel is in a great location, 5-8 minutes walk from Sapa centre. The view is stunning, looking out towards Cat Cat. Run by a family who are very friendly. Room was a good size & nicely furnished, also have balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast & meals all served on the top floor - breathtaking views & excellent food as well.

The problem with arriving in Sapa via the overnight train from Hanoi is that you end up getting to your hotel around 6.30am - and then have to wait until 11am before you check in. Normally, hanging around would be OK, but this is like an ice hotel. I'm sitting in reception writing this, wearing leggings, ski socks, shorts, a... More

We had a wonderful experience! We wished we would have stayed for a week. Our room had a spectacular view and was comfortable. The location is good. The best part was the Manager, Miss Trang! She is one of those rare people who loves their job and truly cares about her guests. We would love to go back!

We stayed here for two nights. It is situated on the edge of the village. The rooms are pretty big, although the possible free space was filled by a couch beside the bed, which added nothing to the room. When not foggy you probably have a great view, but due to the wheater we were never able to enjoy this to... More

Stayed here for 4d3n from 6 October 2015. Took the overnight train from Hanoi and was picked up in a bus for usd3/person which was a good service as Sapa was an hour drive away from Lao Cai. E-mailed Sapa Eden to inquire about a room and got a prompt reply from Ms Trang. She communicated well with me and... More

Traveled with my family including our 3 children. The hotel was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. My youngest got quite sick with fever while there and they were incredibly helpful and kind!!! Luckily before she fell ill we were able to enjoy trekking arranged by the hotel that was fantastic. The family that runs the hotel is amazing!!! Thank you!
