We took a room on the top floor. It was just okay, hot shower didn't work very well. The breakfast was good. The staffs were very friendly. They also helped us to book transportation back to Ha Noi. The room on the top had a very nice mountian viewws. Just okay.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights the rooms & bathroom were clean and the staff friendly & helpful. The best part was the breakfast on the top floor with plenty of good food and amazing views of Fansipan and the street below.

The manager (female) speaks English very well which is great when you have to organise transport (bus, train). The hotel itself offers clean and big rooms ( family room) with good beds ( most comfy we had till now) but beware that you do not get a room all the way up. We were a bit shocked about this room...

We were so pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at Pinocchio Hotel. The owners are truly the sweetest, most accommodating people. As they say, "When the guest is happy, we're happy". And they certainly live by their words. Recommend staying on the 5th floor, as they have been updated. Our room, although a bit dated, was well taken care of, very...

We booked a bed in the dormitory, instead we got an "upgrade", it was a cold, wet chamber (with mold of course), right next to the breakfast room. So you get waked up at 6:00am by the shouts of the unfriendly staff. The same staff which kept vomiting in the same (!) room, the night before. We heard everything, we...

The room is spacious, bathroom is great but the view is not as it is advertised. Hotel owners and staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast included is not various but quite good. Located in the central of Sapa town so it's very convenient to reach visit sites.

After having trouble with Sapa View Hotel in Sapa (we had to cancel our booking and looked for another hotel), we found this hotel with available room. We paid cash to reserve 2 rooms there. After having arrived we found the room quality (we stayed in 6th floor - room 606 and 603) was not qualify enough. We told to...

Right in the heart of SaPa, this hotel boasts spacious rooms at economical prices. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't mind us checking in early after being on the night train from Hanoi. The views were great from the room and even better from the roof top restaurant from which we enjoyed a freshly cooked to order breakfast...

We stayed in a family room for 3 nights at Pinocchio. We arrived early in the morning exhausted after a trip on the night train, and although our room wasn't ready, the staff offered us a place to lie down or shower (we didn't take them up on it, but a nice gesture!). We instead had breakfast up on the...

Walked into this ideal location hotel overlooking the mountains in central Sapa. Rooms are very lovely, big and clean - newly refurbished with air conditioning. Lift is also available. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
