This hotel is probably one of the fanciest I have ever stayed in. Just gorgeous decor and staff outfits to match. It’s whimsical. The food at the breakfast buffet was great. The highlight of the hotel is the pool - make sure to bring your swimsuit! Centrally located, it is easy to walk around the town and enjoy the sights. Very friendly reception staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property but having average staff who are not trained to Stabdard of 5 star. Though hotel is very much having unique design with superior concept of Architecture heritages and theme but rooms are not well cleaned and dedusted balcony. Breakfast is superb and having wise varieties of food . Hotel has good swimming pool but doesn’t have jacuzzi. Rooms having big TV but its not having smart tv function so if you want to watch Netflix etc then can not do and if you ask staff to give hdmi cable so to connect by laptop then they turn deaf and behave so ignorant. Price is too high compared to average services it offers .

I recently stayed at De La Couple and, from the moment you arrive at the entrance, the whole hotel has a feeling of grandeur. The staff who greet you are dressed in stunning uniforms and the huge doors to the lobby open up to bring you into a space filled with the most elegant decor and artifacts from the French colonial era. When wondering around the hotel, you spot something different every day. The rooms are perfectly fitted out and our balcony had a 180 degree view of Sapa town. The fine details are not lost anywhere in this hotel, from the lavish dinning room, the Absyinthe bar and the quite stunning swimming pool area with its enormous statues of swimmers in different degrees of diving. As for the outside roof terrace, it would be hard to find a more amazing place to relax and sip a drink while viewing the wondrous view of mount Fansipan right before your eyes. Every one of the staff that I met was totally professional and attentive but still with a completely warm, welcoming energy. As befitting to such a hotel, the food, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, was of the very highest quality. This hotel is most definitely one place that anybody would be happy to revisit.

Last time I was in Sapa, the hotel was not opened so I and my husband decided to booked this hotel and enjoyed a weekend staycation. The hotel’s location is in the middle of the town, right behind the Sapa station where you can get a cable car ticket and straight up to Fansipan. The staff at Front office followed the procedure to help protect us from Covid-19 which made us feel secure. Trang (Kelly) sent us a very warm welcome at the beginning and made our check in at ease. We were given a deluxe room on 9th floor for 2 nights; the room and facilities are exceptional. Even though I like the Egg benedict so much, I have to admit their breakfast buffet was a bit poor with too many egg dishes. However, the staff are always welcome and friendly. Khue and the pregnant female staff took care of us very well. We had lunch at Chic restaurant and everything was nicely prepared and delicious. Absinthe service was not as good as we expected, we tempted to order a set of afternoon tea for two but the staffs there was not properly and proactively introducing their afternoon tea set so I just passed that option and we went out for a late lunch on the first day. We did spend an afternoon swimming and exercising. The pool is superb but the gym is under expectation but it is normal since most of the resorts don’t offer a large fitness. The hotel offers a very good price for 90 mins body and facial treatment at their Nuages spa. The spa room was very nice decoration but a little bit noisy as it was overlooking a crowded street. I like their spa and skincare products, even the welcome drinks gave us a very relaxing feeling. Overall was a fantastic stay and we will surely come back this picturesque hotel.

I spent last weekend at Hotel de la Couple and felt that it was definitely not long enough. Somehow the design reminded me of my favorite movie Grand Hotel Budapest. Located in Muong Hoa Valley, Hotel de la Coupole is overlooking Vietnam’s tallest mountain, the magnificent Fansipan, and although the hotel is set only a few minutes away from the town’s main square, it feels a world apart. As soon as you step into the soaring lobby you are immediately transported to the golden era of glamour and sophistication, 1920s Indochina. I loved how the French antiques and authentic tribal decorations are smoothly blended to tell a story of Sapa town. Being a history buff, I spent the whole weekend exploring every corner of the hotel and chatting to staff, they even sent me a story of the hotel to my email so I could learn more. I especially loved the grandiose swimming pool area and playful Absenthe Bar, both with panoramic views of Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Sapa town. As a big fan of impeccable Accor service and Bill Bensley’s talent, I would travel to Sapa again just to stay at this hotel one more time.
