This hotel was booked for us through our tour and it was okay for the price. The rooms are a bit run down and in need of a thorough cleaning, but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice. Meals from the hotel were included in our tour and were not up to the Vietnamese standard and could...

Great central location, but away from the craziness of the main tourist streets. Most comfortable bed in Vietnam! Cushy and huge!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but a bit uninspiring.

This place was fine for a night booked as part of a tour. It's a basic hotel with friendly staff, good wifi and hot showers. Bed was comfy too. Food in the attached restaurant isn't great and not particularly clean either - I definitely would have walked away if I didn't have vouchers to eat there. Overall the hotel was...

Stayed at Fansipan View as part of the 2D1N Sapa tour I booked with my hostel in Hanoi - got a deluxe room all to myself (solo female traveller here). It's tucked away at a hidden corner where you have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach, so it was away from city center and it was relatively...

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant after returning on the cable car. The staff were generally inexperienced and had less English than would be expected for the class of establishment. The food was average and used poorer cuts of meat and less meat in the dishes we orders than if we had ordered from cheaper places in Sa Pa....

I'm very pleasure when I was here! Good view, friendly staff and clean room! The place is in the center city, you can be easily to move every famous places around Sapa. Near the hotel, there's a massage service is very good with a low price, about 5 usd for foot massage with 45'. I'll come back!

We stayed here for a night on our trip to Sapa, staff was friendly, room was okay but worn and torn. Shower was leaking water so the bathroom got wet, which I decided was their problem not mine. Breakfast was not really good, maybe due to the fact that it was low season. Dining room was shibby and would need...

Stayed 1 night in this hotel and I din't choose this hotel at the first place as it is booked by the local tour in Hanoi through Internet. Although I read some not so good review in Trip Advisor about this hotel, still I give it a try as I believe everyone have different expectations. First impression on this hotel...

I have been here once in May 2016 so that I recommended to my family and booked 2 rooms for them (September 2016), I'm soon regret to do so. I called the hotel and booked two rooms for my family and they confirmed that rooms are available they would keep those rooms for us, my family drove all the way...
