We stayed in this hotel as part of our Sapa tour package. The staff is amazing! We had a family of 6 in a family suite and it was a great fit. A double bed, 3 twins, and a couch. The staircase to the rooms is narrow and when it rains, the tiles become quite slippery from a roof leak.... More

Beautiful views. Slightly out of town which makes for slightly less hassle from people try to sell stuff and take you on walks. Very clean, good wifi connection and tasty breakfast. Staff were friendly but left you alone. Would stay again for sure.

We booked 2 triple rooms, but when we got to the hotel we only got one triple and 1 double. The staff were very nice, but the hotel was overall a little old and not a lot was working. The kettle / TV / Wifi was not working - but we weren't at the hotel for most of our trip... More

Wife and I spent 2 nights here in late June. We had a room on the third floor that had a small balcony and a great view of the town square area. The room was a bit run down but clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast could use some improvement.

The staff are delightfully friendly and obliging, and the breakfast is ok, with a wide choice, if served cold. But the room is run down - a lot of things broken, lots of mildew in the bathroom. It's up an alley which is picturesque from afar but often filled with rubbish. Ok for a night.

Very friendly and good service hotel crews here. The room is spacious, clean and very comfy king size bed. I had a room with window and balcony with wonderful view over Sapa. The buffet style breakfast is nice but the ala cart dinner is nicer and big portion. I like every staff here, they seems like kind and knowledgeable with... More

We were originally meant to stay at the Panorama Hotel but due to availability, we were transferred to Fansipan Hotel and loved it. It is a smaller hotel and very quiet. It is back off the road. The room was huge, the balcony overlooked the town and nearby lane, loved watching the tribe ladies in their traditional dress. The meals... More

After staying a proper noisy slum of a hostel the night before we treated ourselves to a comfortable night. The room was quiet and clean, with great facilities. The view was quite nice, but Sapa rooftops generally spoil the view of the mountains anywhere. Beds were soft and aircon was a treat. Complimentary breakfast left a bit to desire, but... More

The Hotel was part of a complex you could say. One house down was the restaurant to eat breakfast and lunch etc. A little further around the corner was the showering and setup for trekking and homestays. The people were nice and very interested in learning English. Our trip organizer from another Hotel had warned us that they will try... More

Our stay at this hotel was great. We had a family room which consisted of a king bed and two singles (our kids were very happy about this as most family rooms in Vietnam so far had only two king beds, they were happy to see the singles as they didn't have to share). Our room had lots of windows... More
