We stayed here for one night. The place is very cozy. The owner family was very lovely and give information about tourist place and shops. The breakfast was delicious. We had Zach’s breakfast and healthy breakfast. We really enjoyed it. The coffee was excellent. We highly recommended this place.

This is a hotel that has recently changed hands. The new team is a family and they’re doing a great job making this place a memorable event on your travels The place is well situated in Sapa town center but the rooms are set on the hillside away from the street with terraces in front allowing a nice Mountain View and no traffic noise The rooms are simple and clean with confortable beds and the staff make the rooms up every day with fresh towels etc The people who run this place are fantastic! Really friendly simple and open people who make all efforts to cater to the needs of their guests. Full of good advice one where to go, prices and other helpful information They found us a really good guide to go hiking through bamboo forests, waterfalls and rice paddies, away from the tourist traps. Definitely our best experience during our stay (we had booked two other hiking trips with a Hanoi travel agent which were disappointing) They even arranged a taxi for us to Lau Cai to catch the night train back to Hanoi Great hotel, wonderful people, we highly recommend! Hesitate in the beginning because of old comments but The people are so sweet and kind. They recently took over the hotel and are working hard to improve everything. They have refurbished the rooms and cozy restaurants. Breakfast with many choice asian and western food and very delicious -> Chef did a good job, due to nice breakfast so we decided to ask them make dinner for us with sapa most famous food is salmons sashimi and hotpot and that’s right decision, the price is reasonable compared to other restaurants outside and clean. The bartender Rex is make us martinis cocktail that’s the best cocktail we ever drink especially litchi fruit martini is so special worth of money The old owners didn't speak English and that's why there were only people from Vietnam. The new people speak English well and would like to 'attract' other people to the hotel. So don't look too much at the old reviews. Definitely come backstage

Travelled on 28th to 30th Jan 2018. Stayed in Family room at 3rd flr. Accessible by stairs. Stairs is beside the hotel with no roof.. So when its rain u will get wet. There is a fireplace which we not use it. They provide heater fan and bed heater. Its cold during our stay average 2°c to 9°c daylight and colder at night. Thick fog. Muddy road as there is construction all accross Sapa Town. So we cant say much on the mountain view becoz we did see any. Breakfast is great.. They change towels.. And help us call a Taxi.. Overall we quite satisfied.
