We arrived early after catching the night train and they had the room ready for us which was great because check in time wasn't untill after lunch. We stayed for three nights. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a very odd stain on the sheet below the pillow... I made sure that was my partner's side haha....

I stayed here as apart of my intrepid tour of Sapa. We arrived early off the overnight train and were told our room would be ready at 830am and that we could wait upstairs in the restaurant which has a fire. So far so good...830 arrives, nothing. I waited until 9am until i lugged all my luggage back downstairs to...

We booked a VIP room. The bed sheets were not changed, not enough hot water for bath, dusty and in need of a good clean, the room in general was not in any way VIP! We requested to have the open fire after a long day visiting beautiful Sapa, which we were given.....without any instruction! After the fire was lit we...

Stayed 1 night in this hotel during the visit to Sapa in December 2016. Reasonable price for a 1 night stay. The room standard is reasonable with bed warmers and heater. Do not expect too much about the facilities if you are always on the move. Best thing about this place is that the staffs are very friendly and helpful....

This place is very average. The selling Hmong women outside seemed more welcoming and excited to have us there than reception. Since our room wasn't ready by check in time, we did get an upgrade, which was great but the upgrade was meh. Being sold online that there would be great / some decent views in assumedly all the rooms,...

The room was clean enough but very bare bones and the bathroom shower was weird; the shower head was in exactly the wrong place. You must be a mountain goat to stay here. We had about 75 stairs to climb to our room. We stayed for 2 nights and found another hotel for the 3rd night which was miles above...

We booked 4 nights at the Cat Cat Hotel and enjoyed our stay. It is far enough from the main tourist strip that you feel like you can relax while at the hotel, but close enough that you can walk in quickly. The staff were great and always helpful. They made several recommendations on tours and were able to book...

First of all, we paid 3x the price of our room because it was holiday. I work in the tourism industry and I fully understand charging more for peak times so we didn't complain, we just accepted that we were booking last minute on a holiday and that's just how it is. It turns out that several other hotels in...
