We were really pleased with our decision to stay at Saparis Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern with plentiful hot water. The staff was really the highlight, though. They were so flexible and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Right now, there's some road construction on the way to the hotel but that doesn't impact getting there. The location is excellent because you can just walk down a set of stairs and emerge right at the lake in the center of town. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again.

We had the room with mountain view and it was terribly dirty and the smell in the room intolerable. we bought some air refreshener but it did not help. moreover the bed sheets were off white instead of white and full of dark hair and spots. I wonder if they were even changed before. The manager was nice to us until we said that we would like to change hotels and asked for money back. Other than that the stuff did not respect our request to not enter our room at all during our stay i.e no room service :( Regarding breakfast, it was disappointing as well : poor, lacked taste and full of insects ( especially the fruit at 9ish when we went down for breakfast). For almost the same money you can get Sapa Relax Hotel - go for that as it is awesome!! Three stars as well, but there is no way to compare these two places.

Booked the room there for February, Burr, really cold in Sapa at that time of the year. The heater in the room worked great and they gave us extra blankets just in case. The Staff are very helpful and willing to make your stay nice. Thank you

Rooms were really nice and the bed super comfy. The shower is amazing, one of the best we’ve had in 10 months travelling. The staff were all friendly and helpful and they organise tours from the hotel which is good. The breakfast is nice with a selection of local cuisine, continental and fruits. You can order some extras made to order as well. The hotel is in a great location set up higher from the main square with great views of the town. If you want to get into town, be aware shortcut does involve quite a few steps. It’s just really cold in the restaurant area. The plates and coffee cups make all your food and drink cold within minutes. Obviously in different times of the year this wouldn’t be a problem but in late feb early March it is. The daily room tidy up is strange. They take your towels and half make the bed. They leave the dirty coffee/ tea cups and don’t refill their own glass water bottles. Not entirely sure what the point is? The safe is pretty pointless in the room as it’s not bolted into he side unit... you could just pick it up and go. There is a good selection of tours they offer. Slightly more expensive than just going into town and organising one with a local which we did once. But the lunch was better with the hotel organised one and you get the convenience of being met at the hotel and dropped off there.

Great location. This hotel is on good location not far from the village square. The hotel is basic; the rooms spacious but simple. The breakfast could be improved. The staff were very helpful. More in plus then in minus.
