The restaurant is expensive but good. The rooms are a bit poor and medium clean. The female manager is polite. We where very unhappy with the guided tour we bought there. Expensive and the guide was unqualified and did not take properly care of the group. It was promised to get the money back for the guide, but we only... More

To be fair, we stayed at this hotel on a very busy long weekend when it was packed to bursting. The hotel is very well located on one of the main streets of the town. Our room was large and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. A strong fan made up for a lack of air-conditioning. It was... More

Our stay at the Boutique Sapa Hotel was for just one night but pleasant one. Conveniently located, it offers a simple hotel room but is clean and comfortable. In the morning, our view from our room overlooking the valley was magnificent. You don't get that every day. While the weather was quite warm and the rooms do not offer a/c,... More

Cue Music! Maria, I just met a hotel supervisor named Maria, and suddenly I've found how wonderful a staff can be! Lovely stay, greatly due to Maria, the hotel supervisor. She watched every tiny detail. A local Hmong tribeswoman with vey good English and quite intelligent. Can't imagine better management. Highly recommend a room on the huge valley side. Wifi... More

hotel has great view. I got the rooftop room so i can see all the mountain behind, so spectacular. Room is very beautiful. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is good. They have eastern food and local food, taste great. They have large room for family so is easy if you go with children.

Really nice location with incredible views of valley from restaurant and our room. Food was great both days. Unfortunately because of Tet the management wasn't there, and there were many misunderstandings passed down to younger hotel staff (I.e. we were told breakfast and laundry were included in price, then later paid due to lack of communication).

Upon arrival at 7am after an overnight train and one hour bus ride from the station which I had overpaid for by the way, we arrived at Boutique Sapa. Mixed feelings about this place, the views were spectacular and we had a balcony overlooking the mountains which was awesome. There was other couples and families staying there that were all... We didn't stay at the hotel but had two delicious lunches here. The dining room is warm and inviting with a great view of the entire valley. The staff is welcoming and speak English well. Everything is made fresh to order. The juices were fresh, the shrimp with dill soup was delicious. The Vietnamese hot pot with shrimp was delicious.... More

I arrived Boutique Sapa Hotel early in the morning. Whilst I was waiting for check - in, the staff asked me to have breakfast. I was tired and sleepy, because I had not slept whole last day on the train. So I did not want to have anything. But she asked me several times, then I thought I should order... More

Average hotel, when we checked in at 4pm there was no hot water, towels was still a bit wet. Bed a bit hard for my liking but spacious room. Small Buffet breakfast with nice omelettes and soups, however people was smoking inside during our breakfast which made it extremely "untasty" to say the least.
