Price is cheap, good location in town! The owner help me by doing sewing on my bag that was broken. Offer tea on arrival, They do not speak english a lot but we were able to understand each other. Good place to know in sapa.

Good value for money. Didn't have any bad experiences with the staff. Very nice view from room 402. Good location with cheap restaurants in the area. Shower takes a while to heat up, but that is fine if you're here the summer.

Two friends and I shared a private room for 370,000 a night. We had a nice view from the fourth floor and thought it was a nice stay for that price. We had no problems and we able to leave our bags while going on a small trip the day we were leaving.

Very careless with passports. They gave me the wrong passport then basically held mine hostage for money (150USD to pay for the passport they gave away) which caused me to miss my flight & take many overnight bus rides between sapa & Hanoi just to get it back. & that didn’t happen until I got the police involved. Never had a more frustrating situation in my months of traveling. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone because of the staff

The twin private room was big but beds were not clean. No complimentary water. No complimentary breakfast. The staff couldn’t understand me either. I am very disappointed. Location is not bad but because the hostel is on the road, the rooms are noisy too.
