Detailed Reviews
The staff was really kind and friendly.
The helped us get whatever we needed.
We arrived to the hotel in 5am and they let us sleep in bunk bed till the checkin who was also early in 11am.
And in the last day after we've checked out and went to a trip they kept our luggage let us shower and stay in the room till the bus departure time. It all came from them and they didn't ask for money.
Higley recommended hotel.

From the moment I arrived in the dark on a cold Winter's morning, after a 5 hour bus trip from Hanoi, I knew I was in good hands.
Hoi, the manager who lives on-site, had left a note on the door with his phone number and came to open reception within a minute of my ringing. (Remember to get a sim card as soon as you arrive in Viet Nam. The country runs on mobile phones).
The room was light, airy, clean and comfortable, with a littke kettle, fridge, coffee and biscuits at the ready. The bed was spacious and comfortable.
While the staff were unobtrusive, everything was taken care of and whenever I returned from sightseeing, I was offered a cup of fresh green tea.
The owner, Tom, runs Tom's Tours. There is a folder in the room and he is happy to provide more details. Just ask at receprion.
Breakfasts are freshly made and generous and, although it may not be obvious at first glance, they do cook food on site for evenings which you can order from the menu out the front. I enjoyed the most delicious vegetarian spring rolls and ginger tea.
The location of the hotel was just right for me. Being about 5 minutes walk up an easy incline from the busy city centre, it was above most of the noise, but not too much of an uphill hike from town. This is important because mostly walking is done on the verge of the roads and I watched young, fit-looking people struggling to get to their accommodation that was higher up.
The price was great, and in fact, I was so happy that I booked an extra night.
When I had an early departure, they even gave me a breakfast picnic of fruit, baguette and bottled water to have en-route.
All in all, I can thoroughly recommend the Sapa Garden Hotel.

5 of us Indians stayed in Sapa Garden Hotel from 14 October to 16 October 2022. This place is a small hotel/home stay and is a GEM.
PROS:
1) Very clean and excellent Rooms and bathrooms.
2) 5 minutes walk to the center of town.
3) Excellent breakfast ( No buffet but with options ) and they replaced the items which we thought were not up to the mark or did not suite our taste buds at no extra cost.
4) Small open space where we could relax and have our drinks.
5) One afternoon they let us use their kitchen to cook Indian food. They even picked up free range chickens for us and the Hotel cook was kind enough to cut and marinate the chickens according to our instructions.
6) The owner/manager and her staff were very friendly and very very helpful. The staff were kind enough to go to town and get us food and medicines.
7) Staff can understand and speak basic English which is very helpful in Vietnam.
CONS:
Surprising NIL.
Our group have traveled extensively and we found that the best of Hotels have some drawback or the other but for the first time all 5 travelers did not find any drawback.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Garden Hotel. The owners and staff were incredibly hospitable and made me and my wife feel like we were part of their family. They even invited us to join them for a warm and festive Christmas dinner, which was a truly memorable experience.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring all that Sapa has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable place to stay in Sapa. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Sapa Garden Hotel. The rooms were great with great views and the hotel is within walking distance of the lake and the central areas of Sapa. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They organised two tours for us. The first was a half day tour to a minority village. Out tour guide was Hope who was an exceptionally good guide. Hope was also our guide for a one day trip to the Hac Ba market. It took about two hours to get to the market and the mountain views were fantastic. The market itself was also very interesting. We had a great lunch with a minority family and then travelled to a minority village where visited some residents and saw their houses.
I recommend our tour guide, Hope, very strongly: She was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Hope was also a member of a minority group in Vietnam

An excellent experience. The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the centre but set back from the bustle and noise. Rooms are spacious, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and a view across the town (mist permitting!) Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Mr Tom gives expert advice and information, arranges trips and travel. (He even drove me free of charge to catch my late night bus!) All in all a 'hidden gem'; highly recommended.

And this hotel is part of it.
Room was clean, cozy and got the view.
The loation is near to Sapa station to get a cable to Fansipan.
Manager and pretty and cute lady work there, are so nice.
They even got me a small party for count down of 2020!
After check-out, they allow me to take a shower.
Also gave me a cady for soar throat.
They are nice, kind and friendly.
If you can't believe me, just google it.
I had a wonderful time here and sure that they
won't let you down.
직원분들도 친절하고 방도 청결하고 위치도 괜찮아요
체크아웃하고 샤워도 할 수 있게 해주시고 목 아프다니 스트렙실 같은 캔디도 챙겨주시더라구요
