Hello everyone! I would love to highly recommended this place. First of all, the people who running clay house business are just the sweetest most helpful people ever! Contact with them was very quick and smooth, they even helped me arranged a limousine to Sapa. They were so helpful answering (my many) questions and helped me plan my trip - to make ensure I had enough time to see everything. On my last day, unfortunately all the bus tickets were sold out, they helped me arrange a taxi to the train station and made sure I booked the right tickets. The accommodation is just fantastic: The room was so beautiful with so many ammenities, I'm now obsessed with electric blankets! The majestic view are absolutely worth the price! To add to everything, the food here is delicious! Pumpkin soup, chicken curry and mountain rice with beef and pepper was one of the most delicious dishes I had in Vietnam! When I return to Sapa, I will be be returning to the Clay House!

This small hotel was so lovely and full of character. Close enough to town to be convenient (around 2km) and far enough to feel remote. Views are amazing from every room and from the swimming pool, gym and day spa. Great for my family of 4 (we had two separate double rooms) The family running the hotel were so friendly and helpful and showed us some fantastic tours and activities away from mainstream areas. The cooking tour we did with the staff from the hotel was great and my 10 & 12yo loved it. The hotel arranged a driver for us when we needed it (he was great and very safe) and a hiking/walking guide to show us the nearby villages- also very good. Definitely recommended and will return soon!

Feeling very fortunate that we took a friend’s advice and stayed here. The rooms are lovely - comfortable and quiet - and have amazing views of the rice fields. The food is outstanding and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We love this place and can’t imagine staying (or eating!) anywhere else in Sapa!!!

The best place to stay in Sapa. A quiet, family run hotel with an exceptional restaurant and high quality services. Don’t bother going into town for your meals, the food here is better than anything else you’ll find. Staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.
