We stayed in a two bedroom villa for 11 days. There was only two of us but the villa would happily fit in 4 people. The bedrooms are huge and clean and each has its own open air bathroom. The kitchen had enough for us to be able to eat and drink and there was a water filter in the villa too. There were two problems during our stay and the hotel fixed both problems within 24 hours. One was the water heater for the shower and one was the air con in one of the rooms - so I can't fault that! Location wise - it is in a very busy traffic area so you need to be able to negotiate the traffic chaos - this wasn't a problem for us but you should be aware of it. Breakfast was simple tasty and well priced. I would happily stay here again. There is a laundry about 500m away from the accomodation.…
The hotel is good, clean, the pool is very beautiful and the staff was friendly and cosy. Although the breakfast wasn’t worth it. We could’ve have a better breakfast with the amount paid to the hotel.
We travel to Bali every year have stayed in many many places you won’t find better value for money this is always our cheap and cheerful stop off in the middle to save some coins and it’s perfect for that. New venue has a great poo and more rooms than the older one.
Staying at Puri Canggu was really not what I had come to expect from Bali. It was my first time in Indonesia. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and it honestly is worth every penny of the extra money. It really was a special place to stay and I couldn’t recommend the facilities highly enough. Only improvements I’d suggest is getting better fitting doors to the bathroom as mosquitos, flys and small Lizards can get through the gap. Not that I minded the lizards it was just a pain being so on edge with the mozzies around. Saying that we spent the majority of our time outside. As hosts they were really attentive. They bought me a beer for my birthday as it was 2 days before we arrived. We also got a fresh coconut each on our last day to say goodbye which was a really nice touch. A massive plus point was that the breakfast was amazing. A proper start to the day ahead. Only real downside to this is the location. There are things around but you are quite limited when you want to go off the main road for something to eat. It’s easy enough getting a taxi out as the Bluebirds are good value and you can trust them. Plus they go through an app too. Getting back was the problem and local gangsters with their own taxi companies intimidate the other taxis from picking up. It’s an issue the authorities really ought to sort out. All of the obstacles are easy enough to over come with a little research, and you get to see a part of Bali you might not have thought you would.…
My family and I stayed for 3 nights at one of the 2 bedroom villas with private pool in Puri Canggu. Upon arrival we were greeted like family by hotel staff. The room were large and clean. The pool size was quite big, and becomes my daughter's favorite spot to play. We had the breakfast delivered to our villa, we can choose the menu for each person, as well as the time to have it delivered. The bathroom were clean, even though we hope for a bathroom with bath tub, but overall was okay. Villa staff were friendly and attentive. The place is quite a walk from the main road, which is a plus for us (we like the quiet surrounding), but to go around Canggu area, it is probably best to rent a scooter/motorbike. Puri Canggu also offers airport transfer at reasonable price. It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Balinese atmosphere. The Villa was green and tranquil. As a plus, when we left early in the morning (at 5AM), the owner Ms. Putu sent us off with a selection of bread and bottled water for breakfast (which we thought very sweet of her). A remarkable experience, will definitely go back again in the future.…
The host is really very helpful and attentive. But the location is very bad as there’s nothing much to do in the area, to eat or to see. You have to use a bike to get everywhere. The bed is comfortable, however the toilet is slightly old and a bit mouldy. There’s a private pool right outside the room which is pretty cool. Simple place. Value for money.
the villa same like in the picture, cozy, clean, super friendly staff, value for money, quite, great garden layout , close to batu bolong beach, berawa beach, definitely will come back, thanks to nayla and nicco..
the bedroom was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was very basic. The staff very friendly. The pool is quiet small but nice enough considering the price, you'll definitely need to hire a scooter to get about, everything is only a short ride away though.
Recently visited Bali for just over 2 weeks and stayed at the Puri Canggu. We stayed in their beautiful Villa which was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The staff are what makes this place, from the girls in the morning bringing you breakfast service to your villa to Nicco in the afternoons. They go right out their way to help you. Built a lovely friendship with Nicco who even helped me celebrate my birthday in Bali Style. The villa is slightly at distance from main things so we did have to get transport every day, but it was nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks Puri Canggu for making out trip amazing.
We stayed at Puri Canggu for 5 nights and had a really good experience. Friendly staff who was always very helpful, clean room, nice pool area and extremely good value for money. We will definetly recommend this hotel!
