We just checked out today from a four night stay. We chose this accommodation as it was close to a wedding we were attending. The overall experience was ok but could be improved. We were traveling with a 21 month old son and this really isn’t a suitable place for that age group on a few levels. We had an ocean view and it was large suite but there was no access to walk the pram down to our room. Two flights of stairs up to the pool deck then it’s either over the bridge then jump in an elevator just to get up to the lobby in a pram. Mind you not all rooms would have the same experience we did just purely given our room location (131) others on the pool level and with elevator access would be ok. There is no kids club or area for them to play which is fine as it wasn’t advertised with that but you really feel it. There were times where I had been out carrying lots of bags etc walking through the lobby where there was an opportunity for someone to help but wasn’t offered. Again not a huge deal but to me all these little things can add up to an elevated experience for the customer. Overall I left just feeling a bit meh - here is my summary The Things I Liked + Superking Bed 💯 + Quiet Hotel + Food - Campur Sate Dish + The staff were all very friendly ! Could not fault their hospitalty other then the awareness mentioned above. Things That Could Be Improved + Atmosphere - more lounge music playing by the pool - and restaurant. + Given my son is up early we were always the first in for breakfast and on a few occasions the toaster wasn’t turned on, music wasn’t on, again I know it sounds trivial and it’s Bali time but the little 1%s add up. + There was no kids menu at all + Not enough sun lounges or areas to sit around the pool and even access and walking distance is right around that area. + More awareness of helping the guests if returning and carrying lots of luggage. If your after a laid back place to stay which is quiet, has nice beds and you don’t have young children it’s probably a good option. I’m always a fair reviewer but left feeling a little underwhelmed - but hey that’s jump my experience others on here have clearly had a different one !

We stayed there for 5 nights in one of the suites with a ocean view and garden! The room was very big, felt a little empty. The view from the bed was amazing. You could see the little garden and the ocean behind it! We enjoyed laying on the terrace and looking at the ocean. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great. The only thing was, that there was nothing close by. You always had to either walk for 15 min to the Finns Beach Club or take a taxi to Seminyak.

This have been such a splendid stay of seven days. The hotell are much well located with close proximity to the beach and with a decent walking distance to restaurants and various boutique shops. We had the luxury to get one of the suites with pool access, really nice and all but.. There will always be those parents who never understand that their lovely kids, playing tornado in the pool, would disturb others, who also planned to relax on their vacation. The breakfasts are really good and serve a lot of various omeletts and most you could wish for in a continental breakfast. The staff is super gently and really helpful with everything, i would for sure come back and can highly recommend this establishment.

Smallish suite hotel, right on the beach. Intimate, excellent service, breakfast included, which was very nice. Had an Ocean Suite, very spacious, well appointed. Bit noisy the first night - Finn's Beach Club is not too far away, and it was a Sat - but quiet otherwise. Away from the chaos of Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, downside is taxi take a long time.

We, a family of 4, are currently staying at the resort on a 6 night stay. We always give very fair reviews and this will be no different. The Disappointments: - one of the two rooms we booked was not ready until 3pm (hotel check in time is 2pm). We were told the second room was being cleaned but the adjoining room which we knew was ours didn’t have anybody cleaning it after we arrived.???? - returned to the hotel at 3pm after a day out to find both our rooms had not been made up - had to call reception to have them done. - limited hand towels and basics like soap and toilet paper, made requests a couple of times without success so gave up, went down the hall and asked the house keeping staff instead. - the check in staff had no idea about our package inclusions - showed them a copy of our booking and they were very surprised to find we had a 15% discount at Finns Beach Club. They have now brought the vouchers to us a day after we asked about them. This should all have happened at check in. - mini bar is exactly that, mini - 2 cans of soft drink, a small tin of Pringles and a muesli bar. - pool access rooms only have one day bed and a very hard Woden rocking chair??? Now why a resort would think that a wooden rocking chair would be okay for a poolside room I’m not sure. We did ask reception for another day bed but were told it was standard room layout to have only one day bed. She also said she would see what she could do - we are still waiting for an answer?? The positives: - friendly staff - resort is away from the hustle, bustle and traffic of the other beach areas. - easy access to the beach and little beach bars. - rooms are large and comfortable. - fresh coffee and breakfast options are great. - pool access rooms are probably the pick, although they can be a little noisy as there will always be kids playing right outside. Overall, disappointed is the best adjective to use. After reading other favorable reviews we are surprised by our experience so far.
