This is a good value at least on the off season. People at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room was clean even tough it was outdated. The microwave and refrigerator were great. The room was large, but the mattress was not that comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and included hard boiled eggs. My room was on... More

Clean, comfortable rooms; the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The restaurant/bar was a bit pricey, but there are other options within walking distance. The front office was very accommodating when I was unsure of my check-out date due to waiting for my daughter to be released from the hospital. Do stock up on ice before the lobby closes since that's... More

Great PR!! I stay there last year and it was a great experience. Have had something come up in my life for this trip, they have been wonderful to work with to help my friend and I out. I recommend them!

This place was not what I expected. It was rundown, there were floor fans blowing constantly to keep the room temp down, there were ceiling mirrors over the beds, yuck! After a day out and we returned to our room, I found the door to the outside entrance unlocked, I am assuming by house keeping because it was locked when... More

Don't waste your money. Seriously! Bed is uncomfortable and rooms are super hot. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I will never go back. I will pay the extra 50 bucks for a nicer hotel next time I stay near Soldotna. Restaurant on site was ok, but could have been better.

I was in town for the dog show again and unfortunately with my two big dogs, I was forced to stay here again even after i didnt like it last year. It was 65 outside and 199 inside. I got room 207 and my friend was across the hall in 208. I baked like a potato in my room but... More

There are no frills at this budget motel. Pros: the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, have a refrigerator, coffee pot, and a microwave. The water was steaming hot, the wifi worked great, and the hotel staff was very pleasant. Cons: the pillows were so flat they were impossible to get comfortable with (I'm gong to start traveling with... More

We found this Inn during the busy summer fishing season. No air conditioning and a lot more than we would usually pay for a low end hotel. It was old, rooms were clean, however. This would be a good place for people fishing on the Kenai, but not necessarily for retired sight seers. Breakfast was pretty basic fare. The cost... More

The Soldotna Inn is a cute little hotel that is very convenient on the north side of town. The staff is very nice, the young man at the front desk even spotted me a buck so I could buy a soda. One caution, the hotel is pet friendly so if you have allergies take caution. Good value though and a... More
