Our visit to Petersburg was enhanced by the gracious hospitality of Lila and Grant Trask and their spacious, perfectly lovely and well eqipped apartment. Both gave so freely of their time, served a creative breakfast along with terrific conversation. We loved being there and were over the top comfortable. Grant does a super "course" on the fishing industry and a...

The accommodation consists of a fully equipped one bedroom apartment, well maintained, close to downtown. The owners, Lila and Grant, are very nice. They loaned us their car to explore the south side of the island. Grant gave us a comprehensive introduction to the commercial fishing activities in the area. We stayed there during the celebration of the Norwegian national...

We spent 3 nights with Grant and Lila, June 28-30,2015. Their basement apartment is so comfortable and with windows and natural light, hardly feels like a basement at all. Grant and Lila are truly wonderful and thoughtful hosts and we enjoyed 3 of the best breakfasts I have had in some time. the friendly conversations with Grant and Lila about...

We stayed with Grant and Lila for four nights while attending our nephew's wedding. The accommodations were flawless, the breakfasts were fabulous, and Grant and Lila were friendly and very helpful, not to mention interesting. They have led very active lives and are willing to share some of their experiences, but also encouraged us to tell them some of ours....

Grant and Lila were gracious and incredibly helpful from the very first time I spoke to them. They helped with planning activities on our trip to Petersburg and even met us at the ferry dock at 2am! Talk about going above and beyond from the very start! Their apartment is very well stocked with everything you need to cook your...

Das Hagedorn Haus is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Grant & Lila Trask are a wonderful couple who make you feel at home and cared for right away. I was picked up at the airport and given an overview of the town straight away, which was a lovely bonus. Grant & Lila are very willing...

You can not find nicer people than Grant and Lila Trask. They make you feel like you are part of their family. Breakfast is serviced when you want it, none of this breakfast is 6-8am. While in Petersburg we had a fishing trip and whale watching trip planned, and Grant took us to and from these trips. Also gave us...

From the moment we arrived in Petersburg and were met by Grant Trask the owner of this lovely B&B, we were treated to amazing hospitality. Grant and his very sweet wife Lila, showed us to our private apartment with a separate bedroom, full bath and kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, pans, etc. It was cozy and comfortable and a...
