My family and I visited and stayed in June 2016. The location is quiet, yet only minutes from downtown Palmer. The prices are very reasonable. The utility hook ups and Wi-Fi function flawlessly. All of our neighbors were friendly, and the manager/owner was always available to answer any questions we had. Because of its location, moose sightings on N.Smith Road... More

We have stayed at this RV park in 2010, 2012, 2014 & 2016 and in May and September for 1-3 nights at a time. The park is an easy well marked drive on good roads east of Palmer in a quiet rural neighborhood. The spaces are pull-through grass sites, well marked with working electric and water. Most sites have a... More

I decided to stay here knowing it was going to be a 50-50 chance of being a nice place to stay from the reviews some of them say yes some of them say no well I'm going to tell you right now it is a big no! Don't even waste your time here I'm guessing that from the reviews the... More

We've been to a few RV parks in Alaska but none of them really were quiet get always. Mtn view is situated near the side of lazy mountain, creating a beautiful backdrop to your experience. The park is relatively quiet with no noise at night, since it's situated away from the main roads. The light pollution is zero, creating a... More

It was very hard to find the place as there was a long drive from the town of Palmer to the RV park at first glance The place looked nice, however we quickly changed her mind on that one! When we were checking in there was a gentleman behind the counter said he was the owner, was very rude didn't... More

This park definitely lives up to its name. Weather was fabulous when we were there in July and the mountain view spectacular. It's on a secondary road so very quiet ( saw moose twice on the road ) . We spent a total of 6 days here in two stays. People very accommodating, grassy sites and GREAT large clean shower... More

This is a very nice quiet park. There is no freeway noise. It's worth venturing off the beaten path a mile or two. It has a spectacular view of the mountains. We have a big rig and tow car and this park was super easy to navigate. The laundry was very clean and very resonable priced. The management was super... More

I'm another one who wonders where the rave reviews came from. It's nice but nothing special. It's not a "wooded site" as advertised (the woods are the neighbor's property, and you're warned to stay out of them), nor is it close to anything. Sites are neither level nor spacious. There's lots of grass and is quite good for dog walking.... More

If you want lots of space for your big RV or lots of extras, try another RV park. I have spent 7 or 8 nights here in the last 5 years. It is consistently very quiet, clean and an easy in-and-out. If it is crowded, you will be parked close to someone else. But I have stayed in spots with... More
