We needed a place to stay before our glacier landing plane ride, and this was the perfect location. It was off season so the owner upgraded us to a larger room, and I would gladly pay extra next time to book this room. It was gorgeous, with views of the glaciers and a lovely breakfast nook. He gave us breakfast sandwiches and there were wonderful extra touches in the bathroom. There's a hot tub on the deck with amazing views, and robes available to keep you warm to and from the hot tub. Great location to stay between Anchorage and Denali, plus we say moose on the road next to the property! Highly recommend.

Great visit start to finish. Anita personally escorted us to our cabin when we showed up way early. The room was perfect and breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage) was very good. Tom and Dora were friendly and informative about the area. Already trying to figure out a return vacation to see the Northern Lights. Tom and Bobbi Walsh Dundee, Or

We booked a night here on our way to Fairbanks . When we arrived the outer door was open. The lodge had a very unpleasant smell and we had trouble locking the door. The lodge was located on the Main Street. We called the booking company to voice our concern regarding the awful smell when we left. We didn’t stay stay due to the smell and security risk. The front door had foot marks on it

My husband an I stayed here for a week to view the Northern Lights. It was amazing and I would recommend this to anyone. First off, Nenana is far enough away from Fairbanks, that we could enjoy the lights away from the city. There were many viewing locations we found around town. It is also close enough that we went to Fairbanks almost everyday of our trip (we also went to Denali Park, Chena Hot Springs, and Dog Sledding). Nenana is a cute, small town. Denali View Lodge was great. It had a kitchen with everything a person would need. We spent a few nights in relaxing and watching DVD's we rented from Blockbuster. They also had Direct TV. It was nice and toasty in the cold Alaskan winter. There were 3 twin Beds and a Full Bed, which made for nice cuddling. It was clean and very homey. Definitely our home away from home while we stayed in Alaska. We would stay here again.

The Denali View Lodge is a great option for travelers to Nenana. The owner, Paul, was very friendly and accommodating. I was part of a large group of researchers who stayed in Nenana with Paul for three weeks, and we all had a positive experience. I can't commend Paul enough for his willingness to work with our last-minute changes and come up with solutions to our various demands. We rented a duplex (four bedrooms total sleeping 8 people in two units) and ~8 additional single rooms. Each room is a little different, but all were comfortable and had small refrigerators. All units were very clean on the inside and the beds were fairly comfortable. The full kitchens in the duplexes were very well-stocked with basic cooking supplies. Laundry services were also offered for free (not sure if this was just because we were such a large group staying for so long). There is even a barbecue at the duplexes! I believe that we also could have arranged meal services if we had wanted. All in all, I would highly recommend calling Paul if you are looking for a place to stay in Nenana. I am positive he can make something work for you.
