Made reservations to stay for a few nights in July of 2015. The outside was so cute and we were told that we had the cute cabin. The horror began when we opened the door. #1 - the door was not secure and anyone could walk in at anytime. #2 water on the floor of the disgusting bathroom. #3 -...

These cabins could be very nice. Could be... The major problem was that our cabin was full of mouse poop (see pictures). Later in the evening, a mouse came to visit, so we could see it... not a good sign of a clean place. In addition to that, there were other issues with "housekeeping". The owners apparently do not give...

I would not recommend this place unless you are used to roughing it. Kitchenette consists of microwave, coffee pot, and 1/2 fridge with no way to cook meals. We had 2 cups for 4 people, and no utensils. When we asked about cooking we were told there was an outside grill 100 yards away. As it was raining, this was...

Ok. I am not at all squeamish about bugs. I live on a farm surrounded by bugs. However, I do NOT like my wood walls to be covered in spiderweb. Especially where I sleep. My husband even killed one crawling above our bed, and since it was a loft cabin, it was close enough to reach up and kill with...

On first appearances, this place is very cute. Cabin 1 is spacious and good for 4 people. Unfortunately, it has many problems and there is NO MANAGEMENT. The log walls haven't been dusted in at least 6 months and are covered in dirt and cobwebs. The shower had so little pressure we had to remove the shower head to use...

We flew into Anchorage late and didn't get to our cabin til close to 4am and the owners didn't mind at all! We stayed in cabin 4, and it was perfect for our group of five. Cabin was clean, had almost everything we needed, shower was hot. Cabin 4 is close to the road, but we only heard a little...

My friend and I arrived late in the afternoon, we had no reservation and the season was already over. But the owner were very helpful and gave us a cabin - even though they started to prepare the cabins for winter. The cabin was a cozy, clean logtree building with a cute terrace, own bathroom with hot water, a microwave...

A very comfortable cabin. Easily slept 6 of us. We stayed in Cabin 3 for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable and the view from windows and the front porch was amazing. Very friendly and easy going staff. A family owned business. Only suggestion is they should do a better breakfast or at least hot breakfast. Other than that...

We stayed in cabin 6 and were not impressed. We felt like we were sleeping in a taco as the bed collapsed to the center with two of us on it. There was one thin blanket and thin quilt on the bed. The heater in the room was very dirty and made our eyes itch when we ran it. So...

“We stayed in Cabin 4, which was the first one off the road. The traffic was not too noticeable, but I might have preferred being further off the road. The cabin was not heated and was a little chilly and damp. Our cabin had 1 full size bed and 3 double beds, so it could sleep 5 adults. There was a little kitchen area with microwave and small refrigerator and table. The porch was nice as well. There were other features that we did not use like a grilling area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”
