Staying with Linda & Mark is like visiting your favorite aunt and uncle. Every morning Linda cooks up a delicious fresh breakfast with something for everyone (we appreciated the care she took with our daughter’s nut allergies.) Then she and Mark host it family style and keep a lively conversation going with wonderful anecdotes about the property’s history, its painstaking... More

We arranged our four-night stay in Juneau based on the availability of this inn and its reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. We stayed in the Klonda Suite which was very private and very comfortable. The innkeepers are wonderful people. They helped with a welcome basket from our daughter and assisted in booking an excursion to the Tracy... More

We stayed at the Capital Inn earlier in August, before cruising the Inside Passage. We are a family with 4 kids. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, and their two dogs were a real bonus for our kids. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in Lela's Suite - parent and two younger kids, and our older children stayed in... More

This is a very homey, comfy place in good location next to Capitol . Easy to get around. We were in the Governors room, which is very large and spacious. The owner was very helpful, and there was plenty of food. Great bed. I noticed the Inn is for sale, so I am not sure of the long term situation,... More

Amazing rooms, delicious food beyond expectations, and kind, helpful, lovely owners. They made their home feel like our home... and her homemade baked treats were really appreciated. It is centrally located but out of the crazy cruise ship traffic.

My wife and I stayed recently for two nights at the end of a cruise up the Inside Passage. Everything was good - location, room size and facilities, comfort, hospitality of hosts (Linda and Mark), access, security, etc. Linda and Mark are very welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful eg booking taxis, making snacks available. Linda... More

Very centrally located. Rooms are comfy, but not elaborate (which my husband likes). Breakfasts are served family style. Generous but not overwhelming amounts. Evening snacks available, homemade by Linda. She also had a lot of info to share, if you are interested. We were there when my husband celebrated his birthday, and Linda made him a cake. Most delightful. Plus,... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay during the week of July 4th. Location is good for walking downtown for day trips, meals, and shopping. Linda was so helpful for recommendations, etc. After coming home from a long day of hiking or an excursion, home-made treats were always waiting!

Wonderful breakfast and great location! Enjoyed our comfortable room. Nice and quiet area but easy walk to downtown. Don't miss the breakfast. Wonderful way to start your day!! The hosts were fabulous. Very nice and fun story tellers. It's a great place to stay with really nice innkeepers.

Really enjoyed our stay here - they were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home in their home. The rooms were very well done, with all the comforts of home. The whole property is very well kept. It's centrally located and easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast was delicious, and accommodative to dietary needs, and even the children that... More
