Marcia and Manfried were absolutely wonderful hosts. the house is amazing. With beautiful views and sitting areas. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful - the pancakes were just great, and sitting there during breakfasts, with other guests,it was like one large family. We saw sand cranes land in the yard. Marcia was very informative and helpful.. Hope your mom is...

Great place, great view, great host, great breakfast! Ask for the homemade blueberry sourdough pancakes and bacon. You won't regret it! Enjoy the view of the glacier from your bedroom window! Homer is a great little town to see!

We've stayed in a lot of B&Bs but this was definitely one of the best! The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (sourdough blueberry pancakes and sausage) was made even better with the assortment of syrups. It was fun to try fireweed and moose berry syrup, and they were fabulous. I would have loved to...

We stayed at Juneberry for two nights. The room was small, but comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming. He cooks a wonderful breakfast, pancakes, crepes. Nice common area. Homer is a great place to explore. Perfect stay!!

THANKS for your warm and encouraging comments. We're so glad you had a great time and especially enjoyed the Loft and pancakes. That's why we're here! We do love the lodge and Alaska -- no place we'd rather be -- and love sharing both with visitors. Come back. Perhaps you'll stay, too!

We stayed in Juneberry Lodge for four nights during our honeymoon and we loved it! Marcia and Mannfried are the most charming hosts. They gave us plenty of information about things to do around, events in town, bits of history! And, of course, the most delicious breakfast! The lodge is just delightful. We stayed in the loft which is very...

We spend one night here and chose it based on TA reviews. Not disappointed! Delightful place, people, food. Helpful hosts pointed us to a dinner spot and shopping they thought we'd enjoy, and we did. Would stay here again if I ever find myself in Homer again.

The Juneberry Lodge was a great place to stay for two nights if you are planning to visit Homer, Alaska. It is a few miles east of town, but the view is certainly worth the extra driving distance.
