My husband and I along with another couple recently stayed in cabin 2. Sheila and her husband were very nice, sat around the campfire with us and the couples who were staying in the other cabins. They even shared some halibut with us. The cabin was very clean but would be better suited to a family rather than 2 couples....

As a captain on a different charter, I often fish the same waters at captain Greg, and I've shared some time with him dockside. Both on the water and ashore, Greg is always upbeat, helpful and a true gentleman. He is also a great fisherman, lots of fun and totally client oriented. His boat is big, comfortable and fast, and...

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. A little bit away from town so nice and quite with beautiful views of the spit. The hosts Shelia and Greg epitomize everything you look for as a traveler helpful to a fault. We loved the evening social gathering around the fire to eat fresh fish tacos and meet the other...

Great place to stay..we stayed 2 nights in the 2 bedroom cabin. Had a great time with the hosts after one of our party had been fishing with them during the day and we got to eat the catch. Lots of beer and wine was consumed by everybody . Pity he is a Kiwi though.... we forgive him as they...

What an amazing solist. My husband and I really enjoyed the stay. The owners were so welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this stay to anyone of any generation. Thoroughly loved the ambience. I want to go back soon for an idyllic setting.

What a lovely little spot! We spent the past weekend at Arctic Sun and loved it. The cabin was quiet, well laid out, had absolutely everything we could want or need, and was wonderful! Sheila was quite possibly the nicest person ever and was of great information, tips, and more. Great for Alaskans and out of state visitors alike. The...

Alaska Acetic Sun is owned and operated by Sheila and Greg, two very professional and accommodating hosts and great company. The fishing was personalized for our desired species including halibut to our maximum allowable catch. Greg is an outstanding, top-flight Captain and I would fish anywhere in the world with him. We stayed 4 nights in the very comfortable cabins...

Greg and Sheila were great hosts. My husband and I and our 4 kids stayed here for 2 nights. The cabin was nice. It had plenty of space and had everything we needed. What a relaxing time and a nice visit by the campfire. The 6 of also went out fishing with them. They were very knowledgeable and made sure...

Sheila and Greg were top notch. Their hospitality was the best. The cabins were cozy and were very clean and well maintained. There was everything you needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The location is off of the beaten path a little bit so it has an amazing view. There is a great outside fire pit and chairs-which were...

My wife and I spent 4 days staying at the Arctic Sun cabins and could not have been happier. What we got for what we paid we feel made this a treat that you shouldn't ignore. The cabins were 5 times the size of any motel room that would have twice the cost, and we had added luxury of being...
