I am an Alaska resident so only get to Healy when I have company and go to Denali. I decided to bring them to Healy Heights Family cabins, as I had not stayed there before. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is quiet and the cabins are really nice. It's not that far from Denali Park but away from glitter... More

I can't say enough positive things about Brad and Kristen, as well as their beautiful cabins! We had a bit of a situation upon check-in, and well, they really made it right. They went above and beyond for our family and made our vacation an amazing experience! This was, by far, the best place that we stayed during our two... More

We stayed in the North Ridge Cabin and it was supposed to be one of the smaller ones but it had LOTS of room. This is definitely a family operation with everyone involved, and one they can be very proud of. We stayed two nights and it was very comfortable. Lots of space between each cabin and the views from... More

After the hurly burly of the throng that gather around the park entrance we (2 couples) loved that we could retreat to the quiet charming Chalet with gorgeous views of the forest around us. Brad has established a truly rustic alaskan experience and we were so glad that our 'stab in the dark' accommodation selection paid handsome dividends. The Chalet... More

If possible stay in the Windward cabin, the view is awesome! The location is definitely off the beaten path, but it is beautiful with a great view. Good base camp for visiting Denali. Showers in both the Aspen View and the Winward are small. Daily trash removal and clean towels are provided. Overall we thouroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay.

We stayed at the Chalet cabin across the street. The place is nice with a patio, 2 bedrooms upstairs, family room, dining room table, full kitchen, and bathroom. The cabin is a little dated in some areas with some updating done. The beds are comfortable. The view is nice but better on the other side where my sister's family is... More

Stayed in the Windward cabin for 2 nights in July - very high season. The cabin was great with a small kitchenette, comfortable beds and amazing view! As mentioned in other reviews, the shower is super tiny (I'm 5'4") and the curtain blows against you. It would've been nice to have blackout curtains since it doesn't really get dark in... More

Stayed in the Windward cabin for one night. Was trying to stay longer but they were booked up. Cabin was large with a full kitchenette and amazing view out of the picture window. Shower was teeny tiny but it worked. One of the better places we stayed at this price point. Owners communicated with us well ahead of time regarding... More

Since Denali National Park is a very boring place, our plans changed. We decided to leave before our last night. The owner was unable to find another person to book our cabin...which I highly doubt since it is the hottest season in Alaska... The owner just wanted to double dip on money....stay away... Plus the address (a PO box) is... More

Abby, I read your review and want to let you know that we did not re-book the cabin and did not "double dip on money". We provided you with the cancellation policy at the time you reserved the cabin. Had we re-booked your cabin we would have happily refunded the rate. The P.O. Box is a mailing address. The driving... More
