Thanks to our lovely host Serena at Muri Hillside Guesthouses, we really appreciated our upgraded accom. A quiet, private and affordable place to stay only a few minutes walk to the shops, activities, beach, bus, car hire etc. Serena also arranged our airport transfer when flying in late at night. We liked it here and would love to return some time in the future.

Just returned after amazing 10 days in Rarotonga. Serena was super easy to deal with and loved meeting and chatting to her when we were staying. Great accommodation, lots of room and had everything we needed. Short walk down the hill and you are right in Muri and lots of great places to eat and drink. We also went out with Koka lagoon tours and received a discount, an amazing time and must do. Tintin looks after the grounds and rooms and always friendly and there if we needed anything. But the thing I miss the most are the two doggies Moana and Lovey oh and beautiful Rarotonga. The second time I've stayed here and would be back.

What a fantastic place to stay. We had a family holiday, there was 20 of us and we all had our own space. The rooms/apartments were clean and welcoming. Serena and Conrad were fantastic hosts and were very accommodating. Being able to eat together in the BBQ area was just magic and the close proximity of Muri beach was awesome. We all went on the Koka lagoon cruises and so close to Te Vara Nui we could walk back from there. Highly recommended

We stayed at Muri Hillside Guest-houses for three weeks from late December. Situated a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Muri's main drag, it had everything we needed. The deluxe studio was massive with a huge deck. The pool area with covered eating space meant that even with a bit of rain we could still enjoy a meal outside. Serena and Conrad went out of their way to accommodate us and nothing was ever a hassle. Guests receive a discount on Koka Lagoon Cruises and Te Vara Nui Over-Water Night Show & Dinner which were great, especially the Lagoon cruise. The local shops have most supplies you need and town is only a 15 minute bus ride for anything else we needed.We liked it so much, we are spending another three weeks there at the end of the year.

The location was ideal for us. The accommodation is a 5 or 6 minute walk down a shallow gradient road to the heart of Muri and the lagoon. We enjoyed the rural setting away from the beach but close enough to walk to in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment which was the ground floor of the 2 story home. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we desired. Conrad and Serena were the perfect hosts and took a personal interest in ensuring we were well looked after.

Very spacious tidy accommodation in a great location at Muri Beach. 2 min walk to Koka Lagoon Cruises, Isobar & Muri night markets (the best place to eat on the island). Awesome hosts Serena & Conrad, even took some time to have drinks by the pool with us:). The vibe of Muri Hillside is so welcoming & comfortable. And great price too!

We stayed in the Studio as a couple with friends staying next door with kids. It was a lovely spot just a short walk down to the Muri village where all your needs can be met. Rooms were comfortable and the hosts very nice. Recommended. PS bring repellant.

Great location, pool and studio apartment with all amenities. Including insect screens and a lovely shaded balcony. Being in a smaller complex makes you feel secure, but private. In addition, a short walk down the drive to all Muri Beach area has to offer.
We will be back to enjoy more.

A very nice place its not a luxury but it has everything you need, very spacious and the place are really quiet and laid back, the pool is clean and the beach is about 5 to 8 minutes walk.
