The location of the resort is stunning!!! We were lucky to have our rooms upgraded, for that we were very grateful. But the customer service was disgraceful. I felt the staff might be unhappy in their positions. Which dragged the whole experience down, Very disappointing!!!

If you are visiting the island of Aitutaki you must stay over the water if you can. Listening to the water lapping under your bed was just magic also slipping into the water from your own ladder was special. The rooms are very private and offer a excellent standard of accommodation. Beach, location and food wonderful

We stayed at the Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa in January 2016. Sorry it took me so long to write this review. This was a 2 week trip which included one week in Raratonga and one week in Aitutaki. Before booking we were undecided as to where to stay, either the Pacific Resort or here. While both places had pros... More

Great place to stay, the lagoon is very very nice! The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay. The only negative is the airport transportation is a ripoff for a $110 dollars! Would definitely stay again!

Booked for a bungalow at this resort. It was one step up from back packer accomodation. Got an expensive upgrade to a room over water not that much improved. Service terrible, food mediocre. Staff some friendly others almost surly. Degustation breakfast poor. Services available at Resort not great, Pool dirty. All in all would not recommend it to anyone

This is a strange place. We had accommodation off the island but wanted to have some of their infamous cocktails at sunset. I completely understand that the Resort wants to protect their high paying clients, but the ferry attendant is unnecessarily rude and does not reflect the warmth, politeness and friendliness of the locals. He wouldn't even let my well... More

We have spent 4 nights in this lovely resort located on a very beautiful lagoon. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very well presented and the housekeeping staff are a delight. The king beds are very comfortable and the only slight negative is that there were no flyscreens on the doors. Although I saw very few mozzies it did stop me... More

We were very disappointed by the level of service we received at this expensive resort. We were greeted by a woman who didn't look at us but barked at us to "sit down and wait" when we arrived at about 2pm. After a few minutes she came over and pretty much threw the leis at us. When I asked if... More

This truly is a piece of paradise.....your own little tiny island at the end of the mainland of Aitutaki. The accommodation was fantastic. The food was pretty good. i am pretty certain the pernod was watered down in the bar though which was annoying. Other than the weak pernods the whole thing was fantastic. We had a 'cheap' room (460pn)... More

We came to Aitutaki for our honeymoon. We wanted peace and quiet and a great swimming area. That's what we got. The hotel isn't far from the airport by bus and barge. All rooms are water facing. Ours was just the lead in which was good enough. Amazing view. The room was large with an outdoor shower. This is by... More
