This stay was absolutely stunning, from arrival to departure! The staff were incredible, from the meet & greet at the airport to the restaurant & reception, it exceeded our expectations. I have to give a special thanks to Zoe, who made our stay unforgettable. She was amazing, she went above & beyond in every way. She never forgot who we were, what we drank, what we liked, what we didn’t; absolutely outstanding service. If she isn’t, she should be the Maître d! While this resort is a treat, it lived up to expectations & delivered more! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this resort to friends, family & strangers!
We stayed in the Premium Beachfront Bungalow (2 rooms) for seven nights and had a fabulous time. No faults could be found, and we left knowing we'd be back. We were wrapped in the beauty of place, looking out to the western lagoon, where we stepped from our porch to the sand then into the warm waters constantly: Snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just sitting in the surf drinking the cocktail of the day. Sunsets were gorgeous and different every night, as we watched the sky meet the waters with entrancing hues. This seen from the infinity pool was heavenly! All bungalows have an intimate relationship with the beachfront setting. The food was fantastic, every breakfast was fresh fruit and baked goods, fruit juice or smoothie and coffee. The cooked meals were exquisite, from a poke bowl to fresh Ika Mata, to pasta and fresh fish or meat daily specials. One day we'd caught tuna and mahimahi at sea, and the chef prepared it for us - superb! All provisions were available, and the staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We had a traditional massage, used the bikes when we needed to pop down the road, rented a scooter for a day and the resort took us to and fro church one day, no extra charge. We even sent laundry out and it was returned same day, pressed and clean. The attention to detail and guests' needs was simply superb. We appreciate James, Ake. Rhonda, Robyn, Baldwin, Joseph, and the calm (and musical) bartenders who you could tell your life story to...so professional! Thank you Pacific Resort Aitutaki staff and facilities for making our first post-Covid vacation truly relaxing and memorable.…
Pacific resort is a luxurious accommodation in Aitutaki. Beautiful and very private bungalows, amazing view at the loggon and the best snorkeling ever. This is our second stay at Pacific Resort and we loved it. We definitely will visit again soon
We spent 7 days at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki after waiting 3 years to travel there because of Covid. It was worth every day of waiting! The staff were all so attentive and helpful, the food was amazing. We could have been in London, Sydney or New York, the quality and presentation was so good. Our accommodation was right on the beach front with a large room and balcony overlooking the turquoise blue of the lagoon. The surrounding gardens were like a botanical garden and so beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit and is reputed to be " the most beautiful lagoon in the world"
Snorkeling is amazing you don’t have to go deep to see lots of fish , right on the beach, lovely rooms, the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this for familys young and old
Our group of 4 couples spent 8 days at this amazing place. The accommodation was wonderful, the food and menus beautiful. Best of all were the people - the friendliest, most helpful staff where nothing was a problem. They arranged our lagoon and fishing trips to suit us, prepared and served the fish we caught, arranged scooter hire and always had time for a chat.
A mixed bag in honesty with the price paid to stay here being very high at up to $1300 you expect more. Lets face it the island is glorious with its deep blue sea and warm water lagoons and the resort has the best beach. Reception pool and bar are excellent and all villas are comfortable and spacious, but lack a fan on the outside deck and comfortable chairs. Sun beds on the beach are good but no brollies for shade. We stayed at villa 101 which is further away but the best snorkeling is out front. Maids clean rooms meticulously and you can feel in good hands. Reception and bar staff being welcoming and friendly. The big let down for us being very expensive drinks with beer at $10 each bottle ( $3 at local stores and wine. We found the restaurant menu very limited and a lot of it being off the bar menu which was disappointing. One meal was returned as it was so bad and so after that we ate locally for our last three nights. I gave it an overall of very good as we can only choose average and very good, but rated it just good.…
We stayed here for one week in total. We were warmly welcomed with a flower necklace at Aitutaki airport and were taken to our rooms and welcomed with a coconut drink ☺️ We were blown away with the views and beauty of the whole resort! It is well maintained with beautiful greenery and the cabins are stunning. All of our needs were accommodated for, the staff are all very helpful and friendly, and it felt like an overall warm and lovely experience staying there. This place really goes above and beyond, and I feel like all amenities you require are available here ☺️🏝♥️
My husband and I booked to stay at the PR for 7 nights. Due to a Tropical Storm we ended up there 8. Everything from our beach Bure, the food, the location, the staff were perfect. It's 5 star but not pretentious. The staff remember your name and cater to your every need and the rooms had everything you need and things you didn't know you'd need. When the storm came through we were updated on safety protocols and when our flight was cancelled after waiting several hours at the airport the Pacific welcomed us back for another night and updated us all the way on Air Rarotonga's plans. The staff are friendly and we loved talking to them about their families and life on Aitutaki. Robyn and James run the restaurant very well and the Fijian boys down by the pool bar were great fun. After 2 years of not being able to travel the Pacific Resort was a real treat.…
My wife and I were there for 5 days in June 2021, celebrating a Covid affected wedding anniversay. At the airport we were greeted with a garland and taken to a small waiting area to gather everyone who was staying at the Pacific Resort The drive to the resort gave us a chance to see the Island. The check-in was very easy and quick and then we got a little tour of the resort on the way to our room We were taken to the pool and the bar and to our surprise there was a sign with our name on it! They had named a cocktail with our name! What a surprise and personal. The room was very clean and tidy and the ambience was very island-like the double doors opening to a nice deck with a table and chairs and a built-in seat/lounger. The view was amazing! You could see the lagoon as soon as you open the room doors. We had our own hammock under the trees and you could just walk straight into the lagoon. The water had so many different colors of turquoise. It was "heaven" Special mention needs to be made for Robyn at the restaurant who looked after my vegetarian wife. Robyn always greeted us with a beautiful smile and a very happy friendly greeting whenever she saw us. She mentioned that they had a chef from Bhutan and organised really nice vegetarian meals for me throughout. Chef Tin Li's cooking was amazing. The vegetarian Indian meals will be remembered by her forever. Steve at the pool bar was very helpful. Zoe and Kairangi were also very cheerful and helpful. Kairangi actually brought my wife's favourite green mangoes from her very own garden when she inquired about mango availability. We will be back on the next trip to Aitutaki.…
