The resort itself is stunning. The overwater bungalows are fantastic. WARNING: DO NOT book a beach bungalow or you will be extremely disappointed. The grounds are immaculate. Guest check-in and concierge very friendly. Now the cons: Drinks are literally $26 each. You can't taste the alcohol hardly. I saw many guests, including me, not even finish the drinks. Many guests... More

The over water bungalow was very well appointed and fairly large. The quality of service was exceptional and everybody went out of their way to help. The pool area is where all the activity is and there is a small private island where you can walk to. Tahaa is about a 40 minute boat ride from Raitea, which is a... More

The over the water bungalows are so private and peaceful, you feel so comfortable. The staff, ALL the staff are amazing. Especially the wait staff, Christine from the Pearl Boutique and Stephanie from the Excursions desk. Everyone was so helpful and always asking how my stay was. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like it was a home... More

We loved our stay at Le Taha'a Island Resort and spa... we had a gorgeous overwater bungalow and the best massages we've ever had. The food, people, and water was all amazing. Highly recommend! If you go, ask the activities desk to set up a boat and or car re talk with Tyronne and Vai on the Le Tahaa main... More

We flew here after two days in Tahiti, everyone told us to expect paradise and they weren't kidding! All of the Relais hotels are wonderful and this did not disappoint! Our room was phenomenal, the staff was excellent the food was great and the snorkeling was fantastic. The drift snorkeling was very fast! Wear beach shoes but you don't need... More

My husband and I flew from DC to Papeete via LAX, then a plane and a boat ride later we were at Le Taha'a...a most beautiful destination to just do nothing but relax in the sun, play in the water, eat French cuisine, read books, and spend quality time with my new spouse in the most picturesque setting. We stayed... More

The second you step on the dock at the resort, you know you are in for a treat. The views from the bungalows are so beautiful it takes your breath away. The infinity edge pool is perched by the beach and features a great swim up bar. There are lots of water activities available. The staff were all friendly and... More

I read hundreds of Trip Advisor Reviews and looked at hundreds of photos while trying to decide which resorts to pick for our French Polynesia Bucket List adventure. We were looking for stays on different islands in Tahiti, and wanted an “islandy” experience combined with a 5 Star experience. Following the advice of several reviewers, I contacted Jeanna at Pacific... More

We stayed in a OWB which was so great. You can feed the fish through your glass floor. This hotel is on an island all by itself away from the main island of Taha'a. The water was crystal blue and you could walk at least 500 yards in only waist deep water. You could snorkel anytime you wanted at the... More

The motu location is amazing and the resort itself appears that at one time was a magical spot, but the resort is tired and dated. There is a lot of wear and tear on the huts, the main building and maintenance just has not been kept up and the tree lines are overgrown, causing issues with keeping air moving and... More
