We had an OWB for two and it had a main room and a bathroom and it was glorious but definitely no room for 4. Credit cards not a problem. that's all we used to keep racking up our points!

There is a very helpful Concierge and activities desk at the hotel. They will organise a rental car for you. We rented a small 4x4 for a half-day so we could explore the island on our own. The rate was the same as going direct but it is not cheap (like most things on Bora Bora).
We got ours the same day (but were there in low season), or you can organise in advance if busier. They can to you to do paperwork and demonstrate vehicle. For the company we rented from you just drop keys back in box at the Concierge desk when done.
