We started our Holiday in Costa Rica in this hostel. When we arrived the hostess was friendly and showed us how and where we could find our way in the hotel. Although we arrived during the haloween night, we had no problem with the noise from the street during the night. The twinbed in our room across the street was...

Arrived 8pm after travelling all day to find our pre booked and pre paid room had been given to somebody else. Hotel arranged for an alternate hotel which was not as nice and much further away from the main centre. Avoid if you actually want the hotel to honor your reservation.

First let me apologize for the error. We work very hard to avoid these type of errors but in this case we missed some information which led you to being bumped to a different hotel. It happens to almost all busy hotels on occasion. The curious part is that we are are quite careful about who we send our guests...

Hotel was in good location, close to main attractiona and had all amenitirs needed. Room was spacious and breakfast was just ok. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed our one-night stay in the property.

The place was very nice, the room was large and comfortable. I would have loved a typical Costa Rican breakfast (rice and beans) but the continental offered with the reservation was alright. The neighborhood is nice during the day but a bit unsafe at night.

A home from home, rooms are spotless and very comfortable and small planted grotto area is a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and relax. The third floor terrace gives you a fantastic view over SanJose and the hills that surround it. From the moment I walked through the door the staff were attentive and very helpful,...

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are sparkling clean. It is so convenient to everything in San Jose. I will stay here anytime that I am in town. I met a lot of interesting people in the breakfast room who were great with suggestions of things to do.

The hotel is next to a bar and a set of railroad tracks. The bar's not too much of a problem unless it's a "drinking holiday" being celebrated, but the train is guaranteed to wake you up every day before 7am. If you can live with that, it's okay. When I encountered a problem with our flight being canceled, I...

Thank you for your review, however I do disagree with your statements. Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website as well as on all the booking sites we use. You should submit a claim against the airline as they were the cause of your issue, not the hotel. Your expectation that we should reimburse you for their computer...

Little hotel built in to these well maintained ancients houses with patios and beautiful gardens,my room was great! Close to downtown's central avenue, about 5 minutes walk but the best part is the price with breakfast included so is wifi...as usual in costa rica is hard to find any place by street or number so must mention that the hotel...

The bed was a king size bed that is clean and serviced everyday, reason y there's an optional tip envelope on the table. There's hot shower that works perfectly. It's next to a pub and train track but at night, we slept peacefully. The breakfast consisted of serve our own fruit buffet with watermelon, papaya, pineapple, and mango, all fresh...
