When I arrived, I was checked in efficiently, but given the key to the wrong room, so it did not work. When I went to change the key, the staff acted as though I did not know which room was mine. My room was very small and mildewy, but the window opened the street which helped. There was a huge...

The sheets were dirty, the place was noisy, and the free pancake breakfast that was advertised was wholly disappointing. It was a griddle pan out...

We made reservations for the hostel with a private double room. Followed up with a phone call two days before we came. When we arrived, they had our reservation, but gave it away. They offered a room down the street - but still charged us for the private double room. It was 11pm at night, we felt trapped - so...
