Another great Adventure Inn stay under our belt (Sept 29-Oct 1 and Oct 17-18) 😊 We stayed 2 nights prior to departing back to the USA and one night upon our return. We were able to leave our car on property during our time out of Costa Rica. The staff makes it always a pleasure to stay there. We always feel welcome and cared for. Manfred was there to greet us and help us on Sept 29 I’m so sorry I don’t know the name of the gal in MoonGlow. She’s so nice and friendly for dinner and breakfast, along with the cook. I wish I remembered their names. The man who helps with your luggage to your room and the front desk staff. Even with masks, you can tell they all have a smile. They seem to have thought of every detail travelers would need and appreciate. Thank you Adventure Inn and your great staff once again. Always happy, always accommodating.

Hotel's Favorite
Wow, where do I start. First off, if you’re flipping through other hotels in the area and you’re trying to find ones that book tours, stop. Go here. This place is absolutely wonderful, I was so lucky that about a month and a half before my trip I stumbled across this place, and reached out for help booking tours. Sarah (the front desk manager and travel adviser) organized my entire trip FREE OF CHARGE (I calculated it separately and confirmed the hotel took no % of the total amount, except for the charge to stay there). I booked two nights at the adventure inn and the rest she just organized because she & the fine folk at the inn are incredibly kind, and they know the area well. She booked every tour, hotel and shuttle and customized it based on preference, location, dates, mobility and did this all within the span of a day. I sent her half the money in advance and settled the rest at the hotel. In addition to this, we had two breakfasts and one dinner during our stay and I and can say that the dinner was one of the best dinners I’ve had, definitely the best one in Costa Rica. Prepared with such care, the best ingredients and a lot of thought, skip the nearby places and eat here. Also the pool was wonderful, clean and lovely sun/shade coverage. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi suite (room 35) we stayed in was basically sound proof, with no traffic sounds. The AC worked well, and when we checked in I was greeted by two free twix bars on the bed stand- just to top everything off. To top it all off, when we checked out Sarah gave a photo album to myself & my mom, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I will be back!

What a marvelous review! Sarah is a peach, and she is just one of seven travel advisers on staff who know so much about Costa Rica that, with your input and within your budget, they will put together your entire vacation ahead of time, often like a circle tour with minimum backtracking. Just follow your itinerary which includes creative A/C transfers around Costa Rica, hotel suggestions at the best beach and mountain locations, exciting tours, if you wish, at each location (guided rainforest hikes, volcano walks, relaxing hot springs, excellent white water rafting, canopy ziplining, waterfalls, animals, coffee tours just to suggest a few) or just kick back and absorb the culture, set your mind adrift.

The hotel. Beautiful. Clean. Unique. Interesting in the best way. The owner and staff? Exemplary. Kind. Determined. I left my pillow here in March when my family had to make one of the last flights out during the Covid beginnings. I left my pillow. My handmade, sleep on every night, grandmothers pillow. After 8 months...8 months... the post office opened and they were able to finally send it. Eric, the owner, communicated with me so many times and Jimmy (I’m so sorry to have made you do this) went repeatedly to the post to try to mail it. They washed it, kept it lovely and as we speak it is returning to America. God bless these people. I will be back to CR simply to enjoy this hotel again.

I can't imagine coming to San Jose without staying at Adventure Inn. It is just minutes from the airport and they offer free pick-up and drop-off. I had not seen my girlfriend for nearly 8 months because of the Covid-19 border closing. Adventure Inn let her check-in before my arrival and everything was absolutely perfect. Not only did we have a great jetted tub in our secluded room, but we had an incredible balcony with a candlelight dinner. Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction and Fish delivered right to our room. The staff really went out of their way to make everything special and perfect. We did have one little emergency. Our ride to Guanacaste was canceled, so Adventure Inn let us come back and stay an extra night at the same rate. They really saved the day. We couldn't ask for a better stay.

With a particular look, this hotel is so cool. The room is spacious and very clean. There are hot water every time in shower and a coffee maker. The swimming pool and jakuzzi is clean and enough big to accept all clients. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of choice. And for finish, all employees are so nice. All our demands were accepts with a smile and professionalism. The price is low compared with others hotel in the around. The only one thinks is the emplacement of the hotel, It’s perfect to reach the airport quickly ( with the free shuttle of the hotel :-)) but there are no big food shop 3 km around. A big thanks to all !

Thank you for your kind review. In spite of the global COVID-19 crisis and far fewer guests, we want to keep things running as usual, and even dropped our prices to attract the few people remaining.
