We stayed here at the start of our trip and then at the end, firstly the hotel is a little run down, not bad, but not great, however, the staff make up for this with above average service with particular outstanding service from the reception staff who could not do enough for you, and also the same goes to Catia...

Convenient for international airport and car rental depots. Surroundings uninviting but hotel itself is good. Staff friendly, speak good English and are efficient. Food pretty good. Small cool pool. Excellent for airport stopover if you want to avoid the international chains.

We have stayed at Adventure Inn over ten times during the past four years, for both business and pleasure, as a couple and as a family. The experience is always excellent in every way. The hotel offers every amenity for a very comfortable and fun stay. The staff are wonderful, stay forever, and treat you like family. We have recommended...

Our stay at the adventure Inn was a great way to end a perfect Costa Rica vacation. It is a beautiful, unique, hotel with shuttle service to the airport. The owner, Eric Robinson, made our birthdays "special". We had exceptional service, the grounds and hotel are gorgeous and well kept. I am an artist and was impressed with the hand-painted...

My positive perception about Adventure Inn began from the day I booked when the owner emailed me a wealth of information that was beyond helpful. I continued to email him many questions throughout the months leading up to our trip, and he always responded promptly, thoroughly, personally, and helpfully....you would simply not get this treatment from a chain hotel! We...

This was a beautiful jem of a hotel we stayed as our flight got in late. The hotel contacted us before we arrived to see if we wanted to order a chicken wrap as restaurant was closed. I loved our stay here we had a jacuuzi tub as well as the beds were very comfortable. They are very accommodating and...

You can pre-order chicken and veggie wraps if you have a late arrival, they seem to keep the best, with sauces on the side, until you get here, it's the least we can do when you are hungry in the middle of the night.

We have stayed at Adventure hotel three times at the end or beginning of trips to Costa Rica. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. The rooms are clean, spacious and come with all the basic needs. The shower is a bit complicated but once you get the hang of it does work well. The...

Thanks, it's always a saw off trying to please guests who want a later swim and Jacuzzi with guests whose room faces into the pool and want to sleep, so our pool is open to 9 am which kind of splits the difference. We try to work with requests where people prefer their room location.

I traveled solo and Eric was so incredibly accommodating and supplied all the information and changes that I needed to make. The staff were great and the free breakfast was perfect!! I only had time to go on one excursion to the Toucan Rescue Ranch and it was extremely informative and fun....a little overpriced though. I will definitely be coming...

Thank you, the cute Toucan Rescue Ranch tour we offer requires a private driver to take you, wait for you and return you to Adventure Inn, so it isn't just a matter of paying admission. There are more than fifty other more economical group tours you can take leaving out front door each day; Adventure in the Rainforest, Waterfall Garden...

We arrived at Adventure Inn on Valentine's Day. In our room were 2 heart balloons and chocolates. What a lovely welcoming surprise. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. We stayed at the Adventure Inn because of its close proximity to the airport. When I mentioned to the desk clerk that we had...

We are half way between the international airport and central San Jose about, ten or fifteen minutes from each. We offer free airport shuttles and to visit central San Jose, we suggest you do as the locals and take a bus there and back, they come along every few minutes, a change is as good as a rest, we encourage...

Traffic in San Jose is simply horrible - especially during the construction on the main highway 1 bridge. We had booked a hotel in Santa Anna and we cancelled it to stay at the Adventure inn. This hotel was recommended to us by Jennifer of Ojochal. The reception was great and we had our keys in minutes. Location is perfect...

Yes, for the next couple of months, listen to what he said, our location allows you to avoid the horrendous San Jose traffic jams because of the Platina bridge construction that has much of the city tied in knots. There is not much traffic between us and the airport, but going the other way towards central San Jose, literally add...
