the hotel is a bit older - real key to open door - but well maintained and public areas immaculate. Pool is nice. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff very helpful and attentive. Lots of hot water in showers.

As I remember the times are pretty standard....check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. We were there early and the desk staff was happy to put our luggage in a locked room so that we could look around San Jose and not worry... More
