I think there should be taxis, since the airport has it's own airport-taxis (they are orange instead of red). It costs around 28$

There's a bus that goes to San Jose downtown. It's safe and easy. It goes from the International airport to downtown in around 30 min (but depends on the traffic). The bus station, the last stop, is a few blocks walking from... More
