Me and my new wife had the amazing opportunity to spend our first week together at the Hot Springs Lodge for our honeymoon and we had already planned our next trip back before we even left! It was like having a second family we never now about there. The food was absolutely to die for and was always enough for...

We only spend a day at the Hot springs lodge, so wish we could have stayed longer, the hotel, personal and just everything was just outstanding. Worth every penny! The drinks and food are well worth the money you spend. The views are incredable. The wild live is just there. This is paradise in Costa Rica.

I had the pleasure of staying two nights at Hot Springs Lodge. It is located on some of the most breath-taking property I have ever seen. Now, keep in mind that you will not have air conditioning (fans in bedroom) and it isn't like staying at an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica, but I believe I left with more special...

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hot Springs Lodge on a trip with Trades of Hope to meet our artisans that we partner with in Costa Rica. We empower women out of poverty by selling their items in the US made in third world countries, such as Costa Rica.. Scott (owner) hospitality was over the top accommodating and...

Starting with the positive: the property is lovely, with the highlight being a waterfall going into a pool that you can both swim in and jump off of. The owner made arrangements for a fantastic guide to take us to the hot spring. The food is delicious and plentiful. The negative: way overpriced. We were travelling through Costa Rica, staying...

We just returned from a full week at the Hot Springs Lodge. Here's what we experienced. First, what it isn't. This is not a Ritz. If you're looking for a traditional five-star resort hotel, complete with gold trim, tuxedoed waiters, and duck a l'orange, don't go here. Instead, this is an all-inclusive, rustic hunting-like lodge on the mountain; run by...

Swimming in at the base of a waterfall with hummingbirds flying around was a truly magical experience that I will never forget. Nor will I forget a fun hike thru the rainforest to followed by coaling in the hot springs and being lulled to sleep at night by the sound of the river. The food was also fantastic and Scott...

I am a youth group leader from a small church on Long Island in New York. We have taken many mission trips within the U.S. over the years, but this was our first international trip. This was a tremendous undertaking, especially because we were organizing every aspect of the trip ourselves. We took nearly a year to fundraise and plan...

My first impression of Hot Springs Lodge was of deep tranquility and beauty. The lodge is nestled in the rain forest, perched on a rise about the most gorgeous river. The lodge itself is extremely clean, with rooms that overlook either the great lawn or the river, my room was riverside and the incredible sound of flowing water lulled me...

Our second stop in Costa Rica was at the Hot Springs Lodge. At the first fantastic drive to reach the spot. When reached we received a warmfull charming welcome from Scott and the lovely dog Rody! We checked-in slowly and received our welcome snack and drinks (thanks to Christopher). Scott showed us the great surroundings and really set us in...
