I have been living in Costa Rica for 20 years and have never stayed in this area b/4 but was forced into it for 2 days and happened to find this nice hotel with 2 of my friends and was real happy about it. Rooms, price (considering weekend in Jan) and Food were great. Staff mostly spoke English and were...

We were staying in Monteverde and had planned an afternoon in Puntarenas as we travelled to San Jose but decided to see if we could find a place to stay in Puntarenas and have some extra time there. After a quick search we found this hotel at a very reasonable price so we thought we would give it a shot....

I used only the restaurant. It were only 4 people and it took around 40 minutes to get my food and it were 2 sandwiches. The staff was very nice and kind. The hotel looks very nice in average the restroom at the restaurant need some fixes. I consider the price is high for the food quality.

We have stayed in this place twice, and both times, Tony - owner, has been a gracious host. The property is well maintained and a good place to crash if you're running late for the last ferry. Its always good to know the ferry departure schedule, but if you're like us and just kinda roll through country carefree, its also...

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The customer service was excellent and the hospitality was incredible. We really appreciate the attention and care we received. We even had left behind one of our suitcases and the owner of the hotel was able to hold on to it for us until we were able to return to...

Was there a month ago with my boyfriend and was very nice, no much people or noise, far enough from El Paseo de los Turistas so It's very peaceful and quite but still can go there walking. The beach is crossing the street and no much people is there, so you can enjoy so much with your family, friends or...

Found this last minute spot to be close to San Jose and not have to drive too far on our last day. Ocean views, great pool with a nice waterfall and wonderful staff. Owner Tony couldn't be nicer and bent over backwards to do anything for you. Very smart man too and had some great conversations about living in Cost...

I have been living in this zone for over a decade and revisit Las Brisas as often as I am in the Puerto. It is amazingly conveniently located and the entire neighborhood and seawalls are new or refurbished. It is safe, clean, modern and hospitable. The staff are genuinely honorable folks who remain a backbone of true tourism and hospitality....

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel. During our stay we meet the owner, who was pleasant and friendly. The hotel staff always wore a smile and were ready to take care of any need we may have. Our room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, and included TV and AC. The breakfast provided was very good...
