Great views all around, complete kitchen, comfortable rooms with ice cold A/C, laundry machine & dryer in apartment. Terrace is large and great for sunset watching / lounging. The rooms were clean, and modern decorated. Bed was hard, but slept well on it. Secure ample parking with guard. Only downside is stores and supermarkets are a bit far to walk... More

This is a nice location to visit punta arenas, costa rica. The friendly staff and the food was great. Erik at the front desk make the check in very fast and help my father of 90 year old get our room cool and set up on time. The pool was clean and the boats on front of the hotel give... More

We loved it here! If you're looking for a really nice place, you won't find it here though. It wasnt very nice (i feel like calling it a 3 star hotel is pushing it as it occasionally smelled like sewage), but if you're looking for a cheap, laid-back place to kick it for a few days, I found it perfect!... Great location close to everything, big town about 15 minutes from there, it was very convenient. We went across on the ferry to Playa Naranjo, which was very nice and close which allowed us to come back to the hotel on a day trip, we also went up to Monteverde which allowed us to do a day trip. The Hotel... More

Clean spacious air-conditioned condos with a view of the bay and mountains. Use AirBnB through Maikol...he is a great host, a true local full of recommendations for a real Costa Rican experience...and you can hire him for a unique boat tour through the mangroves or a ride to the Natuwa Macaw Sanctuary (hidden-gem experience of the Puntarenas region). The condos are beautiful! Modern two bedroom, two bath, full service kitchen and huge balconies with sunset/sunrise views! Cool, clean, and convenient. A home away from home, steps to the beach and marina. Bar/restaurant on premises overlooks marina and serves a lovely ceviche! Book through Maikol on AirBnB to get a great condo and great service. The pictures are somewaht misleading as the pictures is of the condos that you don't stay in. Marina is nice to see. Looks very run down from the outside but the inside has just been renovated so the rooms and hotels inside are very nice. The pool was huge but dirty and cloudy even with goggles. The grounds were not... More

We used this hotel as an overnight stay to catch the ferry to the Nicoya peninsula the following day. (Arrive at least an hour early to purchase ferry tickets). Let’s start by saying, the glistening 5 story building with stunning views is NOT likely to be your hotel. These are two – three bedroom condos. The actual hotel is a... More

The hotel offers standard rooms in their 'old' building and apartments in a new high riser (for local proportions). The standard rooms are ok, but you really want a room with pool view, because the road is pretty busy and loud. The apartments are really nice, fully equipped and quite large. A table to work was missing. Breakfast is little... More
