Cabinas Jimenez is a fine choice for Port Jimenez. Great location in a quiet area of town, yet within walking distance to practically everything, including the airport, and restaurant row. Although we felt safe in the entire town, the parked cars at the Cabinas are fenced in for a little added security. For us foreigners who do not speak Spanish,... More

I just returned from a 3-night stay at the hotel. And I had a wonderful time! It's very laid back and has a very familiar environment. I have stayed at the Deluxe room number 3. It has a double bed and a single, flat tv, coffee maker, small fridge, AC and fan. It has as well some home utilities like... More

We've just left this fabulous place. We had the 'ranch downstairs'. Good value, spacious, clean. Right on the beach. Great terrace with outdoor kitchen and lots of seats for chilling watching the tide come in and out. Walk along the beachfront to breakfast and dinner in Puerto Jiminez, 3 minutes away. They have free kayaks, free bikes and free wifi.... More

My one-night stay at Cabinas Jimenez was absolutely fine - good location in town, nice view over the Gulfo Dulce, and the staff was friendly. When I arrived, I was told the price of my room had gone up, but when I showed them the email with my quoted price, it was honored. I had chosen the least expensive room... More

Great place to stay – I’m told the nicest in PJ. Probably more pricey than other places, but you get what you pay for in this town. Had a cockroach in the room, but I doubt that is building related, but most likely town related! Great staff, always at hand to offer advice, can’t remember the ladies name, but she... More

My staff does their best to be helpful to arraign the different activities that you can do, while you are in the Osa Peninsula. Yes, fishing is wonderful here, because of the Mangroves, the nursery of so many different kinds of fish. Thank you again,... More

We were impressed the view from the back porch. Had a lovely time at sunset and with breakfast also added bonus. But the real hit was the the flock of Macaws outside our door in the tree. My wife got what wanted to see. Plus got some great shots of them. I have to mention kind and helpfulness of everyone... More

It was perfect for our family with two 10 year old kids. We stayed in bungalow #1 and it was beautiful and had one of the best porches I've seen with nice furniture and you're right on the water front with a view of the beautiful bay. The kids loved the bunk bed. The best, though, were the free kayaks.... More

Very nice place, on the way to your off the beaten path, this is the place to choose. Nice, small, but clean rooms. 10 meter to a small pool, 30 meter to the waterfront, (with a lot of oppertunities, like free kayak, tours with whale/dolphin watching and more). Free bikes to take you to the 3 minutes way for the... More

We have just spent 5 nights at Cabinas Jimenez in Waterfront Cabina No. 10 and it's been the perfect location for us.
