I did the 200 hour YTT over 14 days at Blue Osa. The experience and the things I learned there have been present in every single day since I left. Yogi Aaron and his staff serve with compassion, professionalism, and wisdom. I came to Blue Osa to learn a new skill, and I gained an entire spiritual and cognitive awakening, as cliche as that sounds. I'm counting the days until I can return for another training or just for vacation. We're blessed this oasis exists!
What a magical place! This little paradise is surrounded by pure nature aka jungle. I did the YYT in September/ October at Blue Osa. The mornings started at 4/ 4.15am with a lime-ginger-tea and silence time. During morning meditation which starts at 5am you can listen to the beautiful noise of the birds and sometimes get distracted by the monkey's "morning-conversation". :-) Going on a morning walk after this practice along the beach or even having a dip in the ocean! There is no better start in the day! But not only the place is stunning also the people who work there are so welcoming and warmhearted! The Yoga Teacher Training was such an amazing experience! Yogi Aaron guided us through a transforming 14 days. The lovely assistents Shana and Alicia where so wonderful helpers and I loved when they guided us through morning meditation. I flew to Costa Rica with little expectations, the only thing I wished for was to have a recharging getaway! Wow, I got so much more! Not only was the YTT a totally new way how I see Yoga now but I also gained some new friends with whom I share a wonderful experience. As we are all like minded people, we had such a safe and supportive atmosphere. As we do part of the YYT as an online class, we have the opportunity to be still in tough with all the newly learned practice. Actually, in my opinion it helps that after those 14 we still "have to do" worksheets and book reports this helps to not fall in the same trap again, when being back in your everyday life. And of course, being in tough with my new Yogi friends and all the feedbacks Yogi Aaron gives us on our worksheets helps to continue seek for a deeper Yoga journey.…
I spend 14 days at Blue Osa in October September/October 2021 during my 200-hours Yoga-Teacher-Training. When I look back, I can say that coming to Blue Osa was one of the best decisions in my life. I couldn't imagine a better place and a better Yoga teacher as Blue Osa and Yogi Aaron. This place is full of love, gratitude and beauty. I am so grateful that I could spend 14 days in this paradise what really enriched my life and changed my attitude. I would always come back and can recommend this place more than 100 percent! Thank you so much for this wonderful and unforgettable time! Saskia
The room, amenities, and location were perfect. The nearby beaches beautiful. The food healthy and delicious. An ideal way to get away from the hustle & bustle of every day life. If wanting to relax and disconnect, great place. If looking to learn about the true meaning of yoga, then Yogi Aaron is an excellent teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
was everything i didn't know i needed. i came to Blue Osa toward the end of 2021, after a traumatic couple of years and was welcomed with warmth, hospitality and some of the most wonderful people i've ever met. i learned so much during my 200hr YTT and ate incredible food. i'm style dying to know the recipe to that jalapeño hot sauce they have there. Aaron if you're reading this, you have my email. an amazing experience. wouldn't trade it for the world. clean rooms. amazing location. helpful staff. covid-safe. if you're thinking of going, this is your sign to go.
