Honestly a life changing experience staying at Blue Osa! The staff is so incredibly kind and really make you feel welcome, comfortable, and that you are part of the family! I had the most gorgeous time at Blue Osa. I went for a 2 week YTT in October 2023. Honestly it’s been a life changing experience for me. I’ve met incredible people, learned so much about the practise of yoga and myself. I would go again and stay even longer! Highly recommend, this place is a little gem.

What a lovely time at Blue Osa! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! There is a gorgeous pool, and the yoga studio overlooks the garden and the ocean. It's a perfect setting to train in! I found that many things allowed people to connect better and more easily, which I haven't seen elsewhere and appreciated. First, there are planned cellphones breaks during dinner and in the early morning. There are also some words said before dinner to gather everyone together. Those practices helped everyone in our group connect with each other faster. The retreat is quite remote and it is perfect that way. I was able to walk on the beach for about 3 hours without seeing anyone else, except for monkeys, parrots and other wildlife. What a cool experience! Besides enjoying the place, I found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. They really make an extra effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible! …
