gorgeous vistas; great food (best octopus i've ever had; tuna steaks; yellow tail sushi, etc...); authentic trip; enjoyed the communal meals - very interesting guests; mix of Europeans, Ticos visiting from San Jose; smattering of Americans; great value as well - extremely well priced. did i mention the food???? Terry is a great cook & his crew are very sweet/good...

We stayed 3 nights with our 12 year old son. It was our second stay and our intention was to hike Corcovado but we found we did not need to. The area is Magical and just walking down the road we were able to see 4 species of monkeys. A tapir visited right under our cabin two nights. An anteater...
