A place to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent meals prepared with fresh ingredients. The infinity pool is fantastic. It is within walking distance of Montezuma. Yoga is first and formost at this retreat.

This place is magical. I booked it last minute by myself with the intention of learning to surf, doing some yoga, and exploring Costa Rica. I was blown away. Anamaya itself is remarkably beautiful, it's impossible not to feel grateful for every day you are able to enjoy there. The staff is absolutely amazing, you will feel more like you're...

I had an incredibly restful and rejuvenating week at Anamaya. I came for a quiet time away, to de-stress and disconnect and it was GREAT for that! Some of the folks were more active and signed up for surfing/hiking, which I did not do. The daily yoga and ample chilling by the pool or in the gorgeous main house was...

Anamaya has the formula for complete wellness of your mind, body and spirit totally figured out! The resort and the accommodations are absolutely stunning - think an ocean view, monkeys howling in the not so far distance, open and airy houses and two yoga decks that will get you to the zen zone fast. The best part of this resort...

I cannot say enough beautiful things about Anamaya. It absolutely changed my life. I'm a yoga lover, not a professional or anything, but the yoga twice a day, combined with the amazing food, not only helped my digestive track get back on track, but it has set a new series of habits for me when I got home. I met...

Anamaya is located on the cliffside above the Pacific Ocean in a beautiful converted home with several smaller rooms/buildings set around the property. Although about 30 people can be on the property at once, never do you feel crowded. The resort is designed to give maximum privacy and outdoor space to everyone, starting with the two amazing yoga decks overlooking...

The website was accurate and amazing at giving us real insights into what to expect, but I could NEVER have been prepared for how this 1 wk would change my life forever. From the moment I was welcomed at the resort to my departure the whole trip was exceptional. As a guy who hasn't done a lot of yoga and who is not in great shape I was worried that this would be a little to serious about the yoga, and the small size might be too intimate with the other guests....
