An older but well maintained hotel, suitable for budget-minded travelers. Clean room, A/C, and safe. 100 meters to the ocean. Bargain priced @ $35.00 per night. Free coffee & tea. Day & night security. Free parking. I have stayed in other Montezuma hotels but this is the one I'd return to. Spent 2 nights -- Quiet!

“All rooms are up the hill off the main noisy road, so any in the back are extra quiet.”

“Stay upstairs if you appreciate extra security- stay downstairs for the easiest access outside. All rooms are spacious and comfortable.”

“My only tip is to avoid one room under fruit trees - the fruit can drop during the night onto the roof and make a bit of noise. The owner was exceptionally accommodating when the problem was recognized.”
